Unit 349-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bay Side Standard Condominium

This second floor newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bayside has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and the guest bedroom has one Full bed and one bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin on top. Both bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's for your entertainment while the living room has a 40" flat screen TV with HD TV service. Both bathrooms have walk in showers. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

The Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and they even had beach chairs and a cooler to use. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Second time staying at the Palm Bay club. We love the location and the pools. The pool on the bay side is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach is wonderful and we love having the chairs delivered for free! Our only complaint is the elevator sounds horrible and we were afraid to take it. We could also use some better amenities left from room service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ...we just happen to pick two weeks during a cold snap across the entire country, including FLA. And yes, we did turn the heat on in the evenings! Palm Bay is our go to resort! We've been coming to SK for 49 years, we've stayed at a dozen different places on the key and have found that Palm Bay is our favorite. We choose the Bay Side mainly because of the oversized Hot Tub. Another plus is that their big pool on the clubhouse side is heated very nicely and you can swim in it even during the cold snap! Their fitness room is very well appointed with just about everything you would want. The units are all very nicely appointed and stocked and most of all clean. We would say if there was one downside it might be the stocking of some of the kitchen cleaning supplies like dish soap. Can't wait for another trip back to our favorite place, SK and our favorite place to stay, PB. If you've never stayed on SK, then you have no idea what your missing...the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country!

Great getaway
