Excellent Beach location

The property is about 8 minutes away from Bradenton Beach which is part of a county park offering free parking and other amenities. The condo is also located close to shopping and resturants.

Great play to stay in Bradenton

I rented for 4+ months and could not have a better experience. First of all the price was good and the location was relatively close to everything, the beach, golf and only 20 minutes from the great revitalized downtown of Sarasota. If I come back to this area Louise will be the first person I call.

lovely winter getaway

louise has a lovely one bedroom condo that is perfectly situated for our winter needs. pool on premises. beach within driving the condo has all that one needs. two tvs. enormous comfortable bed. any concerns louise attended to them immediately i highly recommend this property
