After a devastating fire almost destroyed our house and studio apartment, and after a 16 months of fighting with insurance companies, adjusters, contractors and permitting agencies, we have been able to bring you a better, bigger and improved "Lovely and cozy studio apartment minutes from white sandy beaches, IMG Academy, Sarasota, Theaters, dining and UTC Mall". Located in Bradenton, FL minutes from Sarasota and Tampa International Airports. The studio includes a private separate entrance, private bathroom, wifi, a kitchenette with full size fridge, Keurig, and two burner stove top, washer and dryer, dining room for 4 people, a Queen Bed and a pull out sofa sleeper. Minutes from Anna Maria Island, Coquina Beach, Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, award winning Siesta Key Beach and 15 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle. Pets are welcome (limit 25 lbs) for a small fee ($25)

Single room studio apr. Perfect 1-2 people, up to 4 if only using to change clothes and sleep. Four would be a little tight.Host stayed in communication fairly consistently, not overbearing though. Always prompt responses to any situations that may have risen, no matter how small.Location and room both are highly recommended as you're fairly close to everything, 15 minutes as an average.

I was in town for a camp my son was attending at IMG. He was staying at the dorms, so it was just me in the vrbo. It was perfect and just as described/pictured and only 2.2 miles from IMG.

Simple studio near Bradenton

The property looks just like the pictures and is clean and well-maintained. The property owners are very nice, flexible and easy to communicate with. My daughter and I really only slept and showered there but it was a perfect, quiet little place to rest our heads. We enjoyed our stay.
