Villa Lya, built in 2016, will welcome you to spend your next holidays with family or friends by the sea.

It is located in Plouescat in a quiet dead end 100 meters from the beach and coastal paths.
Plouescat is a seaside resort where you can find all shops and services with also a market, a nautical center (sailing, sand yachting, paddle, kayak), a casino and a golf course to allow everyone to spend an unforgettable holiday .
In July and August there is also a market on Sunday morning at 400 meters from the villa.

Nearby Roscoff, the island of Batz, Morlaix, Océanopolis in Brest, Enclos and Abers offer a wide choice of visits.

Back at the villa you will enjoy the heated pool at 29 ° C all year round with swimming against the current and a large terrace facing south.
The pool area is separated from the house by a lockable bay for the safety of the youngest and overlooks the living / dining room and the fully equipped open kitchen.
Outside terrace, garden and parking. Shed with bikes and barbecue.

Alles wie beschrieben, nah am ruhigen Strand, sehr großer Pool. Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen und man ist wirklich etwas abseits von jeglicher Gastronomie o.ä., Aber ansonsten aber alles top!

Schönes Haus , gute Lage. Nette Gastgeber. Kleine Nachteile sind , dass das Licht im Pool nicht funktioniert und die Tür zum Pool sich nicht mehr verriegeln lässt. Sicher sind diese Dinge leicht zu beheben.

Bis auf das Wetter alles gut. Aber das ist ja Bretagne. Kommunikation mit Aurelie hervorragend, da Fragen und Antworten durch WhatsApp direkt übersetzt wurden. Doch auch persönlich klappte alles. Aurelie war immer erreichbar und total hilfsbereit. Plouescat hat sich nach unserem letzten Besuch sehr verändert ( nach ca.33 Jahren). Bis zum nächsten Mal werden wir nicht mehr so lange warten.👍

Parfait, reposant, très bien placé.

Nous avons été victime d’une arnaque et avons chercher un autre logement en urgence. Aurélie la propriétaire, qui a été sensible à notre histoire, a réuni une équipe de ménage dans la journée pour qu’on puisse avoir la maison le soir même et nous éviter de passer une nuit de plus à l’hôtel.

Tolles Haus

Wir (2 Familien) genossen wunderbare Ferien in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder genossen die Spielsachen und vor allem den grossen Pool. Auch die Nähe zum Meer ist super. Die Kommunikation mit Aurélie empfanden wir als sehr angenehm.

Superbe villa avec piscine

Très belle villa avec grand confort. Espaces très lumineux. Jolie terrasse et piscine couverte, toutes deux bien équipées. Propreté irréprochable et propriétaire très accueillante. Excellent point de chute pour visiter le Finistère Nord. Une pépite que nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Nous sommes cependant déçus que les prestations ne soient pas tout à fait à la hauteur du prix payé (>500€ la nuit): La plaque à induction et le lave vaisselle marchaient vraiment mal, le réfrigérateur congelait, les enfants se sont plaint des matelas des lits superposés trop fins (<10cm), une barrière en bois très lourde et à déplacer à deux pour le portail.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne

Das Haus ist so, wie Im Inserat beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Aurelie war sehr freundlich ,hat sich um alles gekümmert und war stets erreichbar. Es gibt Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, einen Grill und natürlich den Pool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Plouescat, mit dem Auto ca.5 Minuten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön und es gibt unglaublich viel zu erleben.

Super séjour merci pour l'accueil d'Aurélie et a sa petite fille pour la visite du logement. Rien a dire de négatif si ce n'est que les vacances étaient trop courtes. Il est tellement agréable de pouvoir se prélasser a toutes heures et en toute intimité dans la piscine. Encore merci au propriétaire.
