The "Villa Sainte-Marthe" welcomes you all year round for a great holiday with family or friends 100m from the sea.
You will enjoy a luxury house with private indoor pool heated to 29 °, opening onto a beautiful terrace in an enclosed garden with a trampoline where children can have fun in complete safety. Access to the pool area from the house is secure.
The house, built in dead end in 2013, is independent and not overlooked and can accommodate 8 people and 2 babies. It will assure you calm and rest. Furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, the villa is functional, bright and comfortably equipped in order to make your stay very pleasant.
100 m from the villa, one of the beautiful white sand beaches that border our coast as well as coastal paths. For long rides in this exceptional setting with changing landscapes according to the tides, we provide 4 adult bikes available. At the same distance, a small port from where you can set off for a ride in sea kayaks, also available (2 two-seater). You will find on the port square, fresh fish and shellfish for direct sale from the fisherman in season and the Sunday morning market in summer.

Great stay

We had a great stay, The kayaks and bikes were well used.Yvon and Christelle were charming and very helpful .The area is lovely and lots of places to eat. The house and swimming pool wereperfect for us and extemely comfortable. Thank you to our hosts ,we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Tranquility at the beach

Perfectly equipped (e.g. iron, kitchen scale, sharp knife, wok, lockable pool), clean and quite accommodation. It really feels like home. Perfect patio for kids to play. Beautiful Plage des Amiets is just in walking distance.

The Ferguson Clan Family Holiday

Excellent modern & high standard of accommodation, with everything you could possibly need. About 200 meters from the beach and a short walk to an even bigger beach. Excellent hosts and a very simple check in/check out process. An indoor swimming pool for the couple of days when the weather was poor (essential with 3 grandchildren). Highly recommended.

Tout est parfait dans cette maison des équipements à la propreté en passant par l accueil hors pair des propriétaires. Petit havre de bonheur en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, une maison magnifique et parfaitement adaptée aux enfants, qui ont pu profiter pleinement de l’extérieur avec le jardin clos et le trampoline, mais aussi de la piscine avec la baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse. Idéalement située, à quelques pas de la mer et quelques minutes en voiture des commerces, marchés et restaurants. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons un jour! Merci!

Excellent séjour... malgré le temps maussade

La villa correspond en tous points à l'annonce, et propose de magnifiques prestations. Elle est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, claire, très bien équipée, meublée et décorée avec goût. La piscine est un plus très appréciable, surtout quand - comme nous en avons fait l'expérience - la météo n'est pas avec vous. Il y a largement assez de vaisselle et d'équipements pour tous les besoins - ce n'est pas toujours le cas et mérite donc d'être signalé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles, et mettent en avant leur région avec un livret d'accueil très complet, avec des recommandations de visites et restaurants. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pendant notre semaine de vacances, et recommandons chaleureusement cette magnifique villa. Nous y reviendrons très probablement (en espérant avoir une météo plus ensoleillée pour profiter de la large cour privée et des vélos gentiment mis à disposition).

Herrlicher Urlaub

Wir waren von der Unterkunft komplett begeistert. Alles war so wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist eine Wucht und auch sonst lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage an der nahen Küste ist optimal. In 5 min. ist man zu Fuß an der Küste und am wunderbaren Strand. An der Dorfstraße, auch nur 5 min. entfernt bekommt man morgens frisches Baguette und Croissant´s. Wir waren 6 erwachsene Personen und haben jeden Tag dort genossen. Die Kajaks und die Räder haben wir ebenfalls benutzt. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber für ihre Hilfe und Informationen. Michael

Cette maison est très bien agencée et bien décorée ! Tout est impeccable! Christelle et Yvon nous très bien accueillis! Nous avons bien profité des kayaks et des vélos! Les plages sont très proches . Un très, très beau moment dans un bel endroit. Une belle maison, bien équipée au décor très soigné. Le gros plus est la magnifique piscine. Un grand merci à Mme et M Guillerm pour leur accueil. Nous reviendrons c'est certain dans cette belle région qu'est la Bretagne !

Réserver sans hésiter la maison est parfaite il ne manque rien on s'y sent vraiment très bien . Maison agréable et bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour hivernal. La météo n'était pas de notre côté, mais la piscine chauffée permet de passer des moments agréables. La maison est très bien équipée et nous avons pu mijoter de bons plats avec les produits locaux. Et les hôtes étaient prévenants et disponibles. Merci pour cette parenthèse avant les fêtes.

Schöner Aufenthalt in geräumigem Haus mit Indoor-Pool

Wir waren fünf Erwachsene und genossen dadurch das üppige Platzangebot in dem sehr gepflegten Haus. Beim Indoor-Pool gab es geschickerterweise zusätzlich eine Dusche und ein WC. Im OG neben 3 Zimmern ein getrenntes Bad und WC. Mit den vier Fahrrädern können die nahe gelegenen wunderschönen Strände schnell erreicht werden. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour agréable chez vous.
