With two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a fun recreation room complete with ping pong, this home is perfect for families and groups of all sizes. Explore the university or nearby attractions, then come back to relax in our comfortable and inviting space

You can use the whole house, deck and backyard. There is lots of parking with a garage and large driveway.



Getting Around:

- 4 minute walk to Whitworth University

- 19 minute drive to Downtown Spokane, The Podium, & Spokane Arena

- 25 minute drive to Spokane International Airport

- 1 hour drive to Silverwood

What makes this property unique

What we love about this house is the potential for large groups perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats and it's close to the college so family visiting for graduations makes this house a no-brainer! It has great parking and tons of yard area creating an outdoor group setting to die for. What's not to love about this house!
