Unique Loft house in North Spokane

This is a fun unique style house located in North Spokane with 18 foot tall cathedral ceiling the master bedroom is a loft style suite including a full bathroom and walk in closet with accesses to a privet balcony.
2 bedrooms and full bath located on the main level. enclosed back yard with gate access on the side of the house. In 2005 it had a major remodel done and was left unfinished my wife and I purchased the home and fell in love with the house and did a full remodel in 2021.

No parties or large events allowed on the property at any time!!! 2 cars maximum on the property at any time. No photoshoots without prior approval.
