This beautiful waterfront home is a MUST STAY! Open Kitchen to the spacious living room (boasting 6 reclining chairs) with a flat screen tv, enclosed (sound proof) game room with 60 game console, and Ping Pong table overlooking the water! Amazing views from every window! Master bedroom (main floor) includes a separate large shower and soaking tub! Outdoor water craft includes two paddle boards, three Kayaks, floats, and 7 life jackets (5 adult, 2 child). Multiple cleats for docking your own water craft, as well as private water entry in community for private watercraft launching.
Ample sleeping space for 14 people (note: overnight occupancy 14):
Master Bedroom (King size bed) includes large walk in closet, flat screen TV, large bath on main level.
Two bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom includes (bedroom 2) two double beds sleeps 4. (Bedroom 3) One bunk bed with twin over double , and a Queen sized bed as well sleeping 5 total! Additional Lodging in Apartment studio above garage with separate stair entrance, kitchenette with microwave, sink, and mini fridge. (Sleeps 4) Large flat screen TV, Queen bed, Queen sofa sleeper, and full bath.

ONE dog considered (no puppies allowed). No Cats allowed. Please select pet deposit if this option is chosen.

***Please note rentals from May-September must be Saturday to Saturday. 7 day rental only during peak season. (Off season : 15 Sept - 15 May - we allow for 3-7+ day rentals)

*** A signature linen service will be provided for each guest stay.

My Husband and I have been sharing our property through VRBO at Lake Anna for over 5 years. We fell in love immediately with the property and the peaceful nature of the lake. Our kids and Grandkids have all made great memories here. It is an amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of our normally busy lives. Building memories and enjoying family and friends on the lake is something worth sharing with others. We've received a lot of great feedback over the years, and we hope to continue to be able to share this beautiful spot. We hope you'll bring family and friends to Lake Anna to see for yourself!

Why they chose this property

Beautifully located property near The Cove. Large 1 acre lot right on the water with stair entrance into water, a beach area, screened porch, and a beautiful fire pit. There is a boat lift, with a floating dock for 2 jet ski's, as well as many tie off cleats. There is space for lounging and enjoying the gorgeous Lake views.

What makes this property unique

This property is ideal for everyone with its gentle sloping landscape and expansive lake views and amenities. Ideal for large family gatherings with space for everyone. There are ceiling fans on the porch and in the screened in area on the boat house. The separate apartment is an excellent option for Grandparents traveling with the family. Overall, a great location with restaurants, a grocery store, and water craft rental options close at hand.
