Quiet building, located in quaint Indian Rocks Beach. Located 200 steps to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. ADULT CONDO, not suitable for small children.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint town, many older historic cottages, only one high rise building in the town. Walking distance to many local restaurants (Crabby Bills, JD's, PJ, Guppys, Slyce Pizza). Several ice cream shops, candy, coffee, doughnuts, bike & boat rentals,

Please note we do not have an elevator, we are on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs)
This condo has a king adjustable bed in the master bedroom with a 1/2 bath off master and second bedroom has a queen size bed & desk.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, Wi-Fi, Smart Flat TV’s Screen TV(Living & Both bedrooms)
We supply a beach cart, towels, cooler, umbrella and chairs.

We are not “direct” gulf front a short walk to the beach…only 200 steps!! The view of the water and shoreline is between 2 gulf front homes.

Our stay with Natalie.

The listing looked wonderful and it did not disappoint! This was the best place we ever stayed in! the location is just steps from the beach and close enough walking distance to all the fine restaurants in town. We took a liking to Jimmy Guana's waterfront restaurant. All I know is, we'll be back to stay with Natalie again someday!!

Perfect Condo

Condo was immaculate and Natalie responded immediately to any questions we had. She also went out of her way to check on my sister while my husband and I were away for a weekend. She and David were wonderful hosts.

This condo was unbelievably beautiful and immaculate!! Steps to the beach and can see the ocean from the deck. The property is quiet and very safe and is a short walk to restaurants. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and relaxing. All the beach gear is available which made our days on the beach easy and comfortable! We will definitely be back!!
