This condo was great! Very clean and comfortable! Only a few steps to pool and beach! Everything was very accessible. Also a convenient location to local attractions; Johns Pass, Clearwater & St Pete Pier. We had a great time and will be back to Hamilton House!

Ocean view was amazing from our balcony. Unit was clean, could use some updating, ice maker did not work, only had one ice tray to refill. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. We had an elevator issue, received a call back shortly after I left a message. We loved the location, plenty of places in walking distance, close pickleball courts.

Everything was fine with a couple of exceptions. There were no grab bars in the show. Very dangerous for older folks. Also, the bathroom door would only partially open before it got stuck on the floor. In addition we would have liked to have had a single serve coffee maker. When we made coffee we had to make more than we wanted and toss the unused.

The unit was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. The security of the property was fantastic i.e. codes needed to access the stairwell, the elevators, the pool and keyless entry to the unit. My only suggestion would be to offer additional bath towels and wash cloths.

Great location!

Check-in was easy, the unit needs some updates but overall has what you need. You can't beat the location to the beach and restaurants. Our family had a wonderful stay.

Perfect family condo!

We loved our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. This condo was spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and the view of the Gulf could not be beat. The condo was well stocked with beach equipment (chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc...) which made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed nights on the patio watching the sunset. Highly recommend this condo and location!

We had a wonderful vacation in Indian Rocks Beach. Hamilton house is our favorite place to stay.

The location is wonderful, very easy to to access and to rent. We had a couple issues and they were handled very quickly. We will be returning next year.

Really enjoyed the stay. Had only one problem, umbrella was broken and had they had another sent over within the day. Many restaurants in walking distance and really enjoyed walking through the nature trail in the mangroves behind the dog park.
