Nice 2 rooms of 33m ², entirely modernized and equipped, it is located on the quay Henri IV, vis-a-vis the marina and giving on a calm courtyard.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator, spiral staircases typical of the buildings of downtown Dieppe.

It is located in a street where are the main restaurants and cafes of Dieppe.

It consists of a living room where you will find a fully equipped kitchen (mini fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...) and a dining area and a sofa bed that can serve as sleeping.
The bedroom has a real double bed and a dresser.
In the bathroom you will find a shower cabin, as well as a washbasin sink and an electric towel rail.
