We were travelling by bike with two young children so the ground floor access and bike storage we're very helpful. It's a large apartment with everything we needed, including some toys. Communication was clear and prompt. Great location on back street in town centre. This made for a bit of noise from outside at night. You can also hear people walking around other parts of the building and due to the unusual layout it sometimes sounded like they were inside the apartment. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

I’ll try to keep this as balanced and fair as possible but that will be difficult given our experience… The negatives… Communication was awful. Check in process even worse! Was unable to access the property until 11:30pm due to inadequate instructions being provided (and hours after the check in time despite several requests from us and Vrbo customer Support). No contact numbers or messages were responded to by the host. We were helped in the end by other residents who also had questionable experiences with the host. If you’re not relatively petite in size, the toilet will be a challenge as it’s in, what I assume was a closet previouslyVery noisy. No soundproofing of any sort. Could hear the the neighbours upstairs clearly (we initially thought others were in our apartment)Decor/furniture was very tired and in need of replacement. Bedroom window was wide open upon arrival and wouldn’t close meaning that the main bedroom couldn’t be used. We didn’t use anything in the apartment due to not being able to gain access until 11:30pm and having to be out next morning so can’t comment on the standard of equipment. Some positives … The layout of the accommodation was as described and it is in a convenient location. Vrbo customer service was good in assisting us and offered to fund alternative accommodation if access still couldn’t be achieved. But, if you’re looking for larger, central accommodation with a check in process that resembles an escape room, it may suit

Très bonne communication efficace. Logement qui donne directement sur la rue, mais très calme. Appartement fonctionnel et très propre. Emplacement idéal pour faire le tour de Dieppe à pied.Petit bémol pour l'isolation acoustique, on entend un peu les voisins et le local d'entrée.
