Seules 2 chambres sont climatisées, rien pour le reste de la maison.Tous les coussins et poufs extérieurs sont tâchés par des auréoles. Aucun éclairage extérieur, compliqué de manger dehors le soir.Literie bas de gamme pour les chambres à l'étage & impossible de dormir dans la chambre du bas vu la chaleur.Pas assez de serviettes de douche.Accueil chaleureux et hôtes disponibles par message durant le séjour mais aucun état des lieux de sortie.Fourmis dans le salon & seules 2 moustiquaires présentes et difficiles à installer.Environnement calme et proche de toutes les commodités.Jardin bien ombragé et piscine agréable.Semaine agreable dans l'ensemble mais le prix n'est pas justifié.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil, notre disponibilité, le calme de l’environnement, le jardin ombragé ainsi que la piscine. Nous regrettons toutefois que certaines difficultés rencontrées pendant votre séjour ne nous aient pas été signalées sur le moment. Nous avions notamment échangé par téléphone la veille de votre départ, et cela aurait été l’occasion de nous faire part de ces différents points négatifs. Nous souhaitons également apporter quelques précisions concernant le litige évoqué. Des dégradations ayant été constatées après votre départ, un sinistre avait été déclaré de notre côté. Notre première démarche a été de vous en informer directement, avant même d’effectuer cette déclaration auprès de la plateforme. Nous souhaitions ainsi privilégier un échange cordial et rechercher, dans un premier temps, une solution amiable. Concernant l’état des lieux, celui-ci n’a pas pu être réalisé puisque votre départ a finalement eu lieu le vendredi soir sur votre demande. Nous vous avions par ailleurs proposé un départ tardif le samedi afin de vous permettre d’éviter les difficultés de circulation sur le trajet du retour et d'une fois encore être au plus prêt de vos besoins. Nous réalisons habituellement les départs dans un esprit de confiance et de simplicité avec nos voyageurs, sans effectuer systématiquement un état des lieux formel, sauf demande particulière. Nous entretenons avec attention notre logement et accordons beaucoup d’importance à la qualité de l’accueil proposé. Nous prenons naturellement en considération les remarques constructives qui peuvent nous aider à améliorer encore nos prestations. Nous vous remercions malgré tout pour votre séjour et vous souhaitons une bonne continuation.

Das Haus von Boris und seiner Familie ist eine wunderbare Wohlfühloase für entspannte Ferientage. Es bietet allen Komfort, den man sich für einen angenehmen Urlaub wünscht. Das Haus liegt auf einem Eckgrundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnlage.Der schön angelegte Garten mit subtropischen und tropischen Pflanzen verstärkt das Urlaubsgefühl noch einmal. Durch seine Weitläufigkeit, Bepflanzung und Dachüberstände stehen einem den ganzen Tag neben Sonnen- auch Schattenplätze für mehrere Personen zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist riesig, mit einer gut funktionierenden Filteranlage, wenig Chlor und er ist wohltemperiert. Trotz der ruhigen Lage kann man einen Bäcker, eine Apotheke sowie einen kleinen Minimarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 15 - 20 Minuten. Schöne Strände, unterschiedliche Restaurants und weitere Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für seinen Urlaub wünscht, sind trotz der ruhigen Lage einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Durch die wunderschöne Landschaft bereitet einem die Fahrt zum Ziel bereits ein Stück Urlaubsgefühl.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und unkompliziert. Bei Nachfragen während der Urlaubstage war Boris über den FeWo-Chat immer für uns erreichbar.Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie verreist und kommen sehr gerne wieder zu diesem schönen Fleckchen Erde.

Tolles Anwesen mit großartigem Pool

Uns hat der Urlaub und das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Boris ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der sich unmittelbar um alles kümmert. Besser geht’s nicht, kann eine Mietung vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Ein herrliches Stückchen Frankreich!

Wir wurden bei unserer Anreise sehr herzlich am Ferienhaus empfangen und erhielten ein tolle Führung. Boris (der Eigentümer) spricht Englisch und war auch während unseres Urlaubs immer erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist so schön, wie auf den Bildern! Ein Highlight ist der große Pool und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten. Ein sehr guter Bäcker und ein Supermarkt sind sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort selbst ist ruhig und es gibt kaum andere Touristen - dafür aber viele sehr nette Einheimische! Wir sind sehr gerne an den Strand von Frontignan und in das schöne Städtchen Sete gefahren. Aber auch Montpellier, Aigues-Mortes in der Camargue und Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (mit Kanufahrt auf dem Hérault) waren tolle Ausflugsziele! Unseren Urlaub und die entspannte Zeit in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus werden wir sicherlich nie vergessen!

Une villa et sa piscine qui ont tenu toutes leurs promesses!

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, coin piscine/cuisine d’été/jardin très bien agencé et ombragé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Les hôtes ont été disponibles quand il le fallait, je recommande!

Vacances en famille

Séjour de 15 jours très agréable, piscine et extérieure magnifique. Maison confortable, fonctionnelle et très belle déco. Il ne manque rien. Propriétaire sympa, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
