This fully equipped, very functional and spacious house will seduce you with its pretty garden, swimming pool and terrace with barbecue.
It is ideally located with the beaches on one side: Carnon, Palavas les Flots and its funfair, its summer events, Maguelone and its Romanesque abbey. Cycle paths will lead you there in hardly 15/20 min.
On the other, Montpellier, its museums, the Place de la Comédie, the Odysséum center with its cinemas, its shops, its leisure activities (ice rink, aquarium, planetarium ...). Tram line 3, located a few hundred meters, will take you in 20 minutes to the center of the city.

You can even stroll on foot: barely 400m away, the fitness trail borders the méjean nature reserve where you can observe various birds (flamingos and other herons ...).

Beautiful villa nr Montpellier

Our stay at the villa was wonderful! The villa is extremely spacious and has everything you need. The pool is great and perfect size. Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone that is looking to explore the Montpellier region and have lots of lazy days by the pool.

Nous tenons à remercier Jean pour sa disponibilité et son frère Gilles qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée. Maison conforme à la description, nous nous sommes vite sentis comme à la maison. La piscine est sécurisée donc pas de panique avec les enfants en bas âge. Les commerces sont à proximité, le centre ville à - de 10 m’ à pied. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, donc si vous recherchez du calme et un confort alors n’hésitez pas

Excellent séjour dans la maison de Jean

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Jean : elle est très accueillante, fonctionnelle, confortable et nos enfants (2 ans à 8 ans) ont beaucoup apprécié la belle piscine et les autres activités (ping Pong, trampoline, balançoire, vélos). Jean a été très accueillant et il a répondu très vite à toutes nos demandes avant et pendant le séjour et nous avons eu droit à une délicate attention à notre arrivée à la maison. Le frère de Jean nous a très bien reçu sur place et il est venu à deux reprises pour nettoyer la piscine. A notre arrivée nous avions un livret d’accueil qui expliquait en détail le fonctionnement de la maison et listait toute une série de lieux ou d’activités intéressantes dans la région. En conclusion, nous recommandons vivement le logement de Jean !

La maison est bien située, autant pour visiter Montpellier, aller à la plage que pour voir les nombreuses curiosités alentours. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et la maison bien équipée. La piscine est top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Chouette séjour à Pérols

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables avec 3 enfants de 8, 6 ans et 18 mois. La maison est spacieuse, avec tout le nécessaire. Elle était parfaitement propre à l'arrivée. Les draps et serviettes de toilette fournis sont très appréciable. Les enfants ont adorés jouer dans le trampoline, balançoire et la piscine. De l'eau fraîche et une bouteille de rosé au frais nous attendait, adorable attention des propriétaires avec qui d'ailleurs il y a eu une bonne communication. La maison est bien située pour visiter les environs, on a aimé pouvoir aller à pied dans le centre de Pérols. A notre arrivée, c'était la fête des ferias des etangs. On a profité de traditions avec des taureaux et chevaux camarguais que l'on a pas dans notre région. Beaucoup de pistes cyclables sécurisées, parfait pour de belles balades en famille. Nous avons passé de belles vacances et nous vous recommandons cette location.

nous avons passé de super vacances, la maison est top, propre, au calme, la cuisine dispose de tous les ustensiles necessaire, la piscine est génial et les enfants ont adorés le trampoline. le village est vraiment bien, très animé et pas trop touristique et surtout les taureaux dans la ville, impressionnant ! Boulangerie et superette à 5 min. Les plages sont vraiement proches. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore.
