3B Condo Overlooking Sugar Ski Slopes!

Three bedroom, 3 bath condo located on Sugar Mountain. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed. In the second bedroom there is also a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. For the cold winter days there is a gas burning fireplace. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all cooking needs. Just minutes from skiing and all other activities Sugar Mountain has to offer. No Smoking, No Pets! No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The unit was clean and as pictured on Vrbo. The view of the mountain was perfect. Slight confusion locating the unit and the hot water heater had apparently tripped a breaker, but both issues were handled swiftly. We enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed in the downstairs bedroom was way TOO HARD!! I slept on the couch. There were dirty linens in the downstairs closet as well.

We apologize for the linens in the closet. We will address this with housekeeping. Each unit is individually owned and the owners decide which bedding to include in their unit. The owners of the units come up several times a year and stay in their unit for their personal vacations. I apologize the bed was too hard for you. Please let us know if you would like to find a different unit on Sugar Mountain. We would be glad to help with that.

Bucket list spot for some

The experience we had here was incredible. Been snowboarding for 25 years and have never been able to “ski in/ski out” from my doorstep. This is not a pure ski out condo but we got there with tions of fresh snow and you can effectively ride from the back door to the lift at sugar (advanced ability required in some sections) the condo itself was u inquest situated and very private feeling. The fully Carpeted condo was soft and comfy but it did pose a challenge with snowy footwear and equipment as we had to de-gear as we enter. Lots of stairs required to get into our unit which was fine for our group but the fact that you don’t get any of that info until minutes before check in was a bit anxiety inducing. All in all I would stay here again. Last but not least. The ever pressing “can I make it up the hill without 4x4 or chains in the snow?” NO..

Great place to stay tought to find at night

The property was great and we enjoyed our stay once we arrived. It was well stocked and have an interesting interior architecture. The back is facing a ski slope and we were able to see the snow making machines going full blast. However, it was difficult to find and GPS only got us close. To make matters worse a wreath was placed over a key sign. Once we thought we arrived in the correct place the door was chained. Our first thought, oh no, someone is here. A call to the after hours service was not answered until a bit later. We decided to walk around the condo to the other side which was very dark. We had to count doors and hope we found the correct one. It was pointed out that the rear is marked but you can't see that in the dark. Luckily it was the right and no one was there. After this the after hours service did call back. The property is very nice as long as you find it in the day and the chain is not left on.

Skiing at Sugar Mountain

This condo was conveniently located, just a few minutes drive to the mountain. Great slope in the back yard and kids loved sledding until after dark! Very clean and had all amenities needed.

The house

The home was beautiful. The only thing I would disclose is there is no A/C so if you go during the summer might want to stay somewhere else. This home for a winter retreat would have been heaven.
