This is a cute place tucked away in Banner Elk and really close to Sugar and Hawksnest. We had six people and had a very comfortable stay. There was a small issue but Dena solved it the same day!
The place is amazing. Everything was perfect. The only thing that needed attention was hot water and door locks. Hot water was not enough for 3 couples. Also, the king room and first floor bathroom door didn't lock.

Thank you so much for the kind words—we’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the place! We recently purchased the property, so we truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We weren’t aware of the hot water and door lock issues, but we’ll absolutely look into them and do our best to address and improve them moving forward. Thanks again for staying with us and for helping us make it even better.
The stream behind the property was lovely! Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only complaint is that there was no under cabinet lighting and the microwave light didn’t work so it was a bit dark using the cooktop. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
Great condo, close to town and the ski slopes. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away! Definitely need 4x4 for winter weather, but the surroundings were beautiful!
