SOUTH TOWER CONDO

Crescent Shores 512 South Tower is a 4 bedroom 3 bath Oceanfront condo on the 5th floor with an elevator. This spacious condo has so much to offer that you cannot pass it up! The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and balcony access. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queens , the 3rd bedroom has queen and the 4th with a king. The unit is nicely decorated to make you feel like you are at home. The unit is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with all the items to make a nice breakfast for you and the family. The walkway to the beach makes the beach trip so easy!

Maybe you just want to stay home for the night.. Well with the indoor- outdoor pool the kids can go while you are cooking dinner. If you just want to relax there is a Jacuzzi and lazy river to do so. Crescent Shores also has fitness room available at no additional costs. The building offers free WiFi and free parking. This is a non-smoking condo. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. Families only. Students/student groups not allowed. 4 parking passes are provided. Parking is at the Crescent Shores parking garage across the street from the oceanfront property.

And of course while your on vacation ...who doesn't like to shop? North Myrtle Beach offers a variety of shops to do so. Maybe you like the mall-- well we have two in the area. If you like outdoor shopping there is Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. A dinner and a show- then Pirates Voyage or Medieval Times.

Great Beach Vacation

Loved the place, plenty of room for our family. Only thing is floor needs a good scrubbing my youngest grandson’s feet stayed black because he would forget to put shoes.

Perfect Family Vacation - Definitely recommend this property.

Pros-Spacious unit.Clean.Quiet.Great balcony.Great kitchen.Jacuzzi tub.Just a few steps to beach.3 fast elevators. Nice pool area. Cons- smell of cigarette smoke and weed from other balconies when sitting outside.

Would not recommend! Very dated and dirty. Black dirt between the cabinet and fridge, there was pink slime in the shower in the primary bathroom, mattresses were hard and was very hard to open and close sliding doors to the balcony. Find some place else!

Crescent shores

We have stayed at these condos for several years. It was comfortable. Ocean front. Pool was difficult to find a area to lay in the sun. Most people took them and kept them all day. Condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay. We will be returning!

Great place to stay but check in could be better.

We loved the condo and location, and will stay there again. The check in experience was poor. We were given a keyless entry code to get into the condo but the door required a key. We had to go back to the check in location to get keys before we could enter. They also forgot to give us bracelets for the pool.

Pictures didn't do this place justice!

The check in process was simple. The location of the condo was easy to find. Parking deck was across the street. The pictures made this place look outdated but truthfully it was one of our nicer stays. We have been going to North myrtle for the last 4 years and this place was the best stay yet. The only downfall I would say was how heavy the sliding glass door was to open. But I am not sure if there is anything that can be done about that.

Great location and view

We just stayed for 2 weeks, 2 families with young children. The location is great, easy access to the beach and pool. Everything is closed by. The appartement is a little dated, caulking in the shower needs to be cleaned/replace. They are some missing accessories in the kitchen, but we knew from previous reviews to we brought our own equipment. I would suggest that they change the blinds on the 2 bedrooms facing the side of the building because they are very bright, specially if you want to have young children to sleep. Overall great experience, we would go back anytime.

Enjoyable family break

This property was the cleanest and generally best maintained we have encountered in many years of condo and house rental for our family vacations. The only downside: there were several items missing from the unit that we usually find provided for guests (no beach equipment and some small items including oven mitts or gloves, kitchen cloths and no clocks!). We bought some items and left them for future guests - we hope they weren't removed. The only other problem: the remote controls for the TV's were all mixed up between rooms and we never did manage to control them all properly.

Spacious but Outdated & Needs Cleaning

Room S512 of Crescent Shores was very spacious & plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beds are extremely comfy but the mattress pads seemed dirty & frames need to be replaced. The condo itself is nice but VERY OUTDATED. It smelled clean when we first arrived but it could use a really good deep cleaning. There was mold on the ceiling of one of the bathrooms & some mold on the shower curtain of another bathroom. The dining room table chairs need more padding. They were awful to sit in. The balcony is nice but the door was extremely hard to open & close & the balcony table needed a good wipe down. It was very dirty. The view is great but it’s not technically located in cherry grove which seemed misleading. It also took forever to load & unload because we had to wait a long time for carts & available elevators so we could get across the street to our vehicle.

Nice but Noisy

Nice condo with nice amenities. However, noisy patrons at bar beside of condo building woke us up several times at night. We had to wrestle with heavy broken sliding glass door the entire time. There was not enough patio chairs for everyone, only four chairs. We will probably never stay here again.

Labor Day weekend

A good apartment with plenty of space and ocean views. The sliding door in the living room is worn and rusted making it impossible to use. The mattress in second bedroom is worn and needs to be replaced. Not comfortable.

Beautiful view, great location but the unit needed TLC.

The view and location were perfect. Furnishings were comfortable. The unit needed a good cleaning, updating, paint and caulking. The sliding door in living room was very hard to open. On our first night, we discovered sand in 2 of the beds.

Beautiful Spacious condo

Fully stocked kitchen with plenty extras. Comfortable beds.. Beautiful condo with large rooms and huge master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Location is perfect with shopping just across the street and an ice cream shop across from it. Clean pool area with very warm hot tub. The only down side to our week was check in and check out days. I feel the condo could use additional elevators. We stood in line for up to 20 minutes at times for going up to our room and had to pass on multiple elevators to bring us down due to being over crowded. We waited over an hour for a cart to haul our luggage on. Other than that, the staff was amazing and very friendly at Seaside and the Crescent Shores Condos.

Getaway to the beach

We had a great experience however our first day walking out to the beach my daughter steps off the walkway from the steps onto the sand and steps on a board that was half covered up with sand. It scrapes the skin off of the bottom of her foot. I’m assuming the boards were from the bottom step not being there anymore. For the next four days she hopped around on one foot in pain. It bruised really bad too. It was the walkway between our pool and the public access walkway. My husband went and got a big concrete boulder and knocked that board off. There is still another board on the other side. I hope no one does the same thing my daughter done. Other than that we had a great experience.

A much needed vacation

My family had a great time. The beach was plenty wide and clean. This 4 BR was everything that we needed. Overall the stay was pretty much as expected. We really didn't have any issues except the dishwasher didn't seem to clean very well. We didn't receive all of our pool bands and property manager was slow to respond to email. Other than that It was wonderful!
