This place is awesome. Its big, super clean, steps from the beach, and close to essentials stores. Each of the 4 rooms has a private bath, the beds were very comfortable and amenities were modern. Great place and I will stay here again.

Amazing stay. Only thing that could have been better is salt and pepper. Another floor mat at the top of the first stair case for after long beach day. Would come back again!!!

The house and the location were perfect. There are a lot of stairs so plan accordingly. There were a few things, for a house that sleeps 16, there was no where near enough flatwate, and only a 4 cup coffee pot. The AC was pre-programed to 83 degrees for several periods of the day, and overnight, which was very aggravating. Several towels in the bathrooms were dirty and had to be washed before use. The couch could definitely use a good cleaning, large visible stains. And the face of some of the dresser drawers were coming off. Other than thatthe house was beautiful and the location was perfect, 50 yards to the ocean, and this area of the beach is so peaceful and not crowded at all. And 4, easy to get into parking spots is a plus.

Great Beach Getaway

Loved the property and how spread out the rooms were. The kitchen wasn’t stocked as well as some other units we’ve stayed at, but we made do. Great ocean view for a second row home. Would definitely stay here again.

House matched the exact description, we went on 4th july and this house sits right opposite to the pier where there are fire works. Other positive and best thing is you walk to the beach and better than any private beach where you pay more to resort or hotel. We had kids and this was cherry on the cake as when ever kids wanted to go to beach we would walk back and forth.Talking about the house.Top loor has 1 bedroom with a small bathroom. Rest 3 bedrooms are on below level with bathroom and enough space for a big group. We had an issue and told the host and that is the reason we gave 4 stars and that is not hosts issue but cleaning teams issue. We told the host and we were told they will take care of it and we're ready to help us. If we are traveling in future we would choose the same place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the Ocean Condo — it was even better than expected! Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. You could see the ocean and the sunrises were amazing. The location was good, and every detail made us feel right at home. Truly a great experience — we’d love to return! NOTE: Rental Leaf LLC was wonderful. They communications were perfect. Responded quickly. Very professional.

A wonderful house and floor plan. View of ocean and clean. Would’ve give a 5 but when we had a bad storm, there was a big ceiling leak in a bedroom. They had admittedly known about this problem before and apparently didn’t repair it properly. Caused misplacement of one family for a night. The maintenance man was very nice. Also, the kitchen utensils could use some help (few spoons to eat with).

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great, the house was clean. Two things to keep in mind.. the living room/ kitchen space is on the top floor and the stairs are steep, there is no baby gate so you’ll need to barricade the kids in or bring a gate. The other thing is that the floors are pretty thin so if you have sleeping babies bring a loud sound machine because the rooms are right under the living room/ kitchen area. Otherwise the host was good, we had a shower head issue and they came out quickly to handle it. We would stay again especially if the host installed a retractable baby gate for the steep stairs leading from the kitchen.
