Luana Hale's spacious primary suite is separated from the other two bedrooms for maximum privacy, and has an elegant bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities, as well as an adjoining office. The home's bright and airy living space features comfortable seating, a small library and a flat-screen television. A large, well-appointed kitchen flows into a formal dining area, and an adjacent additional sitting area provides another option for relaxing in comfort.

Luana Hale boasts an expansive, tranquil back yard with a verdant lawn surrounded by tropical landscaping. Several outdoor living spaces and an outdoor dining area enable guests to fully enjoy the incredible island climate and scenery.

This Princeville home on Kauai's world-famous north shore provides easy access to gorgeous beaches such as Puu Poa and Hideaways. Just a short walk will lead you to the two-mile Princeville walking path, which extends from the many shopping and restaurant possibilities in the Princeville Center, to local eateries such as Hideaways Pizza Pub and fine dining at the Princeville Resort. Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.

Note About Seasonal Gnats

We want to ensure guests are aware that during the winter months in Hawaii, gnats are naturally more prevalent due to the tropical climate. These tiny insects are attracted to light and are especially common in lush, green areas like ours. While we take every measure to maintain the property, their presence is a natural part of the environment and beyond our control.

To minimize their impact during your stay:

Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Ensure screens are securely in place. Please note, however, that some gnats are so small they may get through even the finest mesh screens.
