We loved our stay! Convenient location to The Waterfront Restaurant, Bean Point and Bayfest during our visit. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated having access to beach chairs for our beach days. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Having the opportunity to use the laundry room was a bonus. We had a rental car, although we heard wonderful things about AMI’s free trolley, to access all of the island’s beautiful beaches & shopping. We had an issue with the unit’s air conditioner, and received an immediate response for assistance. Highly recommended.

A perfect retreat in AMI

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The condo was exceptionally clean and well kept. Actually quite spacious for 2 people. They provided plenty of towels and toilettries for my short stay. The location is fanastic, just 50 steps to a walk way with direct access to the bay side of AMI offering the most spectaculart sunrise views. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and the amazing Bean Point Beach. Highly Recommend staying here. Pool was also very clean.

Clean and comfortable, excellent location. I requested an early check-in so my daughter could take her nap but did not have a response from the host. Other than that, everything was wonderful. AMI Coffee and the kitchen restaurant within walking distance were excellent spots. Rode the trolley from AMI pier to the beach, but it was not often on time and we ended up with long -ish waits. Otherwise great spot and we will revisit

Easy walk to the pier for evening music and our favorite restaurant The Waterfront, great place for a couple to enjoy the sun, pool and restaurants on the north end without breaking the bank.

Paradise on the Bay

I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this location. Easily walk throughout the island. Eat at the Rod and Reel Pier, the Porch Restaurant, the Waterfront and Harry’s.

Place was comfortable but the toilet seat was broken and the ventilation isn't great. Also no beach gear at all. The rest of our family had chairs and more things for the beach. Also the 10 digit access code is a bit much plus the lock didn't always work properly.

Lovely Room

The interior of the room is great. It was our first visit to the island, and we used the trolley and it was great. Also, you must eat at The Waterfront Restaurant that is one block away. It was fantastic. And take in the live music on the city pier each night. A quaint little spot for sure.
