If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

The furniture needs updated. Couch very uncomfortable. The place was clean. The location was perfect for the beach. The beach chairs need replaced. Very rusty. So we had to go and rent them for the week. We weren’t happy about that ! Overall I’d say the place is average for the money i thought would be little nicer.

Always a pleasant experience to stay at Unit 8, Allamanda. The location cannot be beaten; the beach is just a few steps away. The unit has everything you need. The mattress is super comfy! The hostesses Ann and Leila are attentive to any questions you may have. They respond right away and seamlessly resolve any issues that arise. We are so in love with this place! We return every year. We enjoyed our stay! Loved proximity to the beach!The kitchen was ok but sparse on some of the silverware. Would have like a stopper for the kitchen sink but made do. All in all a nice place! Would stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. The unit was clean with plenty of closet and dresser space coral our clothes. The bed and furniture was very comfortable . The location was the best thing about it all. Steps from the beach! Will definitely be back.

Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to beach and restaurant and grocery store. The unit itself could use a little TLC or upgrading. Would love to see a few more items in the kitchen for guests who eat in/cook breakfast — pot holders would be great. Just little things.
