If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

Always a pleasant experience to stay at Unit 8, Allamanda. The location cannot be beaten; the beach is just a few steps away. The unit has everything you need. The mattress is super comfy! The hostesses Ann and Leila are attentive to any questions you may have. They respond right away and seamlessly resolve any issues that arise. We are so in love with this place! We return every year. My wife and I really enjoyed or stay. The unit was clean with plenty of closet and dresser space coral our clothes. The bed and furniture was very comfortable . The location was the best thing about it all. Steps from the beach! Will definitely be back.
