If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

What a great place for a beach getaway. We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and experiencing the laid back (but congested roads) AMI experience. Everything went very smoothly checking in and checking out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach side holiday!

The location was absolutely wonderful right next to the public beach so there was enough parking for my other family members that joined us at the beach.

Birthday on the Beach

This place was fantastic all around. It's an older building - old Florida kinda-place. Beach is on one side and Skinny's is on the other. We didn't rent a car this time, and didn't miss it. The trolly was great! Made some new friends. We hope to celebrate there again next year. Thank you Anne and Leila.

Great place on the beach

We rented this unit and another at Alamanda Villas. Anne and Lela were amazing. They always kept in contact with us. Super sweet ladies. Definitely recommend this place!!

Quiet and Great location

Perfect cozy spot for a family with two little kids. The setup of the condo is - One bedroom (comfy) couch (comfortable), cot (less than comfy, would request for it to be switched out for something like a foam mattress). Close to the beach, the cafe on the beach, Publix, CVS. Will return again. Very easy stay.

A great vacation spot

The property had amazing access to the beach and a lovely pool area. This condo was perfect for our family. Some of the cleanliness was a little underwhelming but nothing that could not be handled. The property manager was swift to help when we have an issue with the TV and a lamp. We will be back next summer.

Cozy!

We were right next to a state beach park that had restaurants, bars, gift shops, umbrellas were available at a cost of course. The room had some beach chairs for use. The trolley is very convenient! The wrong keypad code was given, but the manager answered the phone right away, so all was well. If you're older, the stairs are steep, especially the last one to the 2nd floor, but there were hand rails on one side. The balcony had a great sunset view!!
