SPRING SPECIALS! Great family condo STEPS from beautiful beach! FREE Parking!

Located in the beautiful Crystal Beach community, just across the street from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. If you have not been to Destin, then you are in for a treat. The water is crystal clear with a breathtaking emerald color.

Our well maintained condominium is on the first floor with a partial view of the Gulf. Whether in the living room or on the patio you can look out at the gorgeous emerald water. The pool, whirlpool and barbecue area are just steps away from our door. Beach access is right across the street.

The large master bedroom, with new queen size bed, has a separate entry into the spacious bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is bright, roomy and fully equipped. Bunk beds are built into the hall and a sleeper sofa is included to accommodate additional guests. Also included in the unit for your convenience is a washer and dryer and internet access, all with free, unlimited use.

Our Caribbean Dunes condominium is our family vacation home. You deal with us, the owners, not a management company. We are the longest serving 'by owner' vacation rental in Caribbean Dunes, since 2002.

Our stay was good. Condo was cute and clean. Good parking. The televisions were way too small to watch tv. Access to the beach was very restricted due to condos and private beach area. This was not clearly disclosed in the listing. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Nice Condo Nice Price

Caribbean Dunes #109 is a nice unit. Considering the prices of other rentals in the area during the month of April, this was a great deal. I have no complaints. The location was fantastic with businesses within walking distance. Although this unit is not on the beach, the public access to the beach is less than 100 yards away. I thoroughly enjoyed my daily walks on the beach. The gulf can be seen from the back porch. The unit was well furnished with clean towels, sheets, utensils, coffee maker, and appliances. The property inside and out was very clean and well maintained. The WiFi worked great and access directions was clearly spelled out. Parking is easy but you must display a provided parking pass. The pool and hot tub was steps away. It was clean and I enjoyed it. The only suggestions I have for improvement is the master bedroom could use a new mattress. And the living room could use a bigger TV. I highly recommend this property for rental and I would definitely stay here again.

Sister Vacation

My sister & I needed a vacation badly so I went to looking for a condo & rented this one. It had everything in it that you would need except for your own personal belongings and food. The area is quite if that is what you are looking for. The condo was very clean which I loved. The owners are extremely helpful if you need it. They have some beach toys & chairs already there but you can still bring your own.

This was our second time staying in this unit. The location, pool and unit size were perfect for our family of 4. First floor unit was clean and access to just about everything is just a few minutes away. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach was just steps away and had plenty of room.

Married in 1984, owning a condo at the beach has been our dream since the honeymoon. Now this condo has become our family retreat. Our children and grandchildren will always have their memories of the McCorkle family beach vacations. Since we began renting our condo out in 2002 we have truly been blessed with great guests. Most of our renters are repeat guests who treat our unit as their family retreat.

Why they chose this property

We chose Destin because of the beautiful beaches and the wholesome, family atmosphere. This is a wonderful place and a great environment to take children and granchildren.

What makes this property unique

With the pool 60 feet from our door and the beach 100 yards away, it is easy to relax. A full kitchen makes it easy to eat in and the laundry in the condo means you can pack light. We also have unlimited wireless internet, which is great so you can check e-mails while enjoying coffee on the porch.
