When we arrived there was no ac , roaches , which I’ve stayed in Destin about 10 times at different places and only once have I seen roaches in a condo … the beds were hard as rocks and the jets in the jacuzzi bath tub did not work , also the listing showed on VRBO was not the one that we were put in …Overall would not stay here again .

When you and your other five guests arrived and asked for a free early check in we accommodated. When you left the doors open with so many going in and out of the condo the AC was working as we can see it on our app. The temp lowered to 75F yet we got the AC guy out for you within an hour. The very heavy rain storm along with you and your guests and the AC guy may have let in a bug, so we go the pest control guy out there within 2 hrs, even though the quarterly service had been complete one week prior. The beds are medium firmness. We have no idea where you stayed if or if you were confused.

Awesome experience! Close to a state park with beautiful white sand beaches. Lots to do and see. Great place to stay and enjoy some relaxation!

Everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful! The beach was literally just a walk away… Tracie was amazing! She got back with me right away after setting my reservation. She answered my questions and gave me great information for where we were staying. Thanks Tracie! We will be coming back, Destin was amazing!

Perfect location! Directly across the street from the beach! Beautiful side of the beach, family friendly but close enough to night life! Balcony was a beautiful view! Place was clean! Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to make it a bit easier

Extremely disappointed. Drove 11 hours only to find out that the condo was on the second floor, this was not noted in the discription and no elevator. The condo was dusty, patio window needed cleaned the sofas were stained and the mattresses left a lot to be desired. It didn't feel like a vacation destination.

This condo was perfect for two retired ladies. It had everything we needed - so glad they had beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to bring our own! Great location close to everything! The home was very clean with everything we needed for our stay. They even had beach toys and towels for us to use. Check in and out was easy! Fantastic for families! Our second time staying here and won’t be our last.

Very good location for a trip to Destin. Close to beaches, local restaurants, shopping. Was thinking there would be more of a view of the beach from the condo, but just a short walk across the road to a beach access. Enjoyed our stay!
