10 km from Mauriac, 1/2 h from Salers (medieval village), first shops at 5 km, house renovated in 2016 with heated swimming pool size 10 * 4 (from May 1 to end of September) surrounded by nature, a real haven of peace on a plot of 6000 m2, very beautiful view, ideal place to relax and discover the splendid landscapes of Cantal.
2 bedrooms make up this house, the first located upstairs with large bedding (160 * 200), private bathroom, TV, storage. The second, accessible from the outside, giving on the ground floor onto a terrace continuing on a field, bedding of 140 and bunk beds of 90, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, courtesy tray with Nespresso machine, outdoor deckchairs.
On the ground floor a single room, dining room, sitting area with fireplace, kitchen, opening onto a large terrace, large teak table for 10 to 12 people, plancha.
Outdoor equipment: deckchairs, pool bed, Acapulco armchairs, rest benches.
Swimming pool with secure electric curtain.
Supply of hand towels: 8 euros per person.
