Calm assured and abundant nature!
The Lachaud estate is located in the heart of Xaintrie Blanche in Corrèze on the outskirts of the Dordogne.
Located on a private property, very quiet, over 2 hectares with small stream, the cottage can accommodate up to 5 people (possibility of adding a tent for 1 person) The chalet is fully equipped, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, television, internet access, air conditioning, wood stove, sheets provided as well as a swimming pool (above ground) and a table tennis table.
The 2 hectare park is fully open, plus you will benefit from a green and luxuriant nature for walks or bike rides.
There is a swimming and fishing lake 3 km away, as well as a restaurant.
Shops and 2 doctors are 7 km away, supermarket, bakery, bar-tabac, markets, cheese dairy ...
Other lakes are in the vicinity as well as many activities: horse riding, canoeing, speleology…

PS: deposit of 50 € (cleaning) payable on arrival (check or cash), refundable at the end of the stay if the gîte is made clean
Tourist tax (over 18) of € 0.70 per person per night, payable to the owner

Séjour dans un nid de fraicheur, de verdure et de tranquillité dans une très belle région, villages , rivières , lacs aux alentours.De l'espace et tout le confort nécessaires dans ce chalet.Il faut avoir son véhicule et prévoir quelques courses pour l'arrivée.Grand terrain contigüe , idéal pour enfants et amis a inviter.Je m'y suis agréablement ressourcer au plus proche de la nature Pascal est très gentil et accueillant

Calme, quiétude et sérénité. Le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer. Chalet agréable avec tout le confort. On a dormis comme des bébés. Merci a nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.

Un pur moment de bonheur

Nous avions loué ce chalet pour un déplacement professionnel et le cadre offert et sa quiétude, les "attentions" et la discrétion du propriétaire, la douceur et le confort de l'hébergement nous ont permis de nous sentir "presque" en vacances... Alors notre réflexion serait : "qu'est-ce que cela aurait été si nous avions VRAIMENT été en vacances ?!!!" A réserver sans modération !
