A wonderful family week

The property is enchanting with lovely rural characteristics, well equipped and a lovely garden for all to play in. We appreciated all the working bikes and the location with the nearby town of Valognes, easily reachable and superb beaches. With our large party filling all the rooms we needed a little more refrigeration space but overall it was a marvellous place for a large family holiday.

Incredibly welcoming host. Large family home with plenty of space and huge fire place. Rustic but comfortable and great proximity to Valognes. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bakery. The garden is lovely, we stayed in winter and the kids still wrapped up warm and used it. We also used the fire pit (a big half oil barrell) which was brilliant. The oven is huge which was great for our large group. There's plenty of pans (massive ones) to make big dishes for everyone too. Coffee machine is not great so if you are a bit of a coffee snob like us, maybe bring your own. Fridge freezer is also big which was great. Parking for around 4-5 cars but it is an archway entrance so if you have a massive car check the height first. All in all a good stay

Cousinade en famille

Cette magnifique propriété nous a accueilli pour un long week-end de Cousinade. Le jardin est spacieux et très bien entretenu idéal pour déjeuner au soleil, se reposer sur un transat ou permettre au enfant de jouer. La maison extrêmement bien équipée, très spacieuse et idéale pour des vacances en famille.

Belle propriété très spacieuse

Nous avons passé un grand week-end avec un temps très ensoleillé et nous étions à l’aise Le seul ennui c’est l’absence de toilettes u rez de chaussée Par contre je n’ai pas aimé la méthode abritel qui empêche tout contact téléphonique avec les hôtes et qui oblige de mettre l’application « abritel »sur son portable

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Valognes. La maison est grande et très agréable. Le jardin est vraiment très beau. Notre hôte nous a donné en plus de bon conseils pour des visites aux alentours

De solides atouts, mais il y a encore un "potentiel" non exploité

Curieuse habitation où il faut grimper dans les étages et traverser des chambres pour accéder aux toilettes ... Prostatiques s'abstenir ! Anecdotiquement, réfrigérateur et congélateur sont surdimentionnés, compte tenu de la capacité d'accueil.

de très nombreuses questions avant d'arriver , demande de précisions qui étaient sur le descriptif, et des réflexions en bataille, pas facile de contenter cet hôte exigeant . Notre maison est une maison familiale , avec tous nos objets ... loin des maisons sans âme refaites pour louer! alors oui , il n'y a pas de wc au rez de chaussée , mais le plus proche est accessible au dessus de la cuisine , sans traverser de chambres .
