Great location

This condo was clean and had the best view. My husband and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter while visiting family. Would stay here again!

Amenities were in good condition. Recommendations: 1. An area rug in living room would be more welcoming as floor was scratched pretty bad. 2. The bedroom door in guest bedroom to balcony would not open. 3. TV remote in living room had electrical tape holding the batteries in. Another remote should be secured. 4. The chair in the master bedroom had a leg that was broken. This should be repaired as to avoid personal injury. Overall, the stay was very good and the view was spectacular. Correcting the four problems above would further enhance the vacation experience.

Very pleased. We loved the property, condo, location. The view from the balcony was awesome. Lots of extras in the condo that you don’t find in others. We would definitely stay again.

This was our very first time visiting Pensacola Beach and this will not be our last. From the beautiful condo which was fully stocked with everything we needed, the most gorgeous grounds and amenity area at resort to the soft sand and beautiful beaches, my husband and I had the best vacation we’ve had in a good while. Condo was extremely cleaned, the staff at Portofino was outstanding and all were so helpful. Great location and away from all the hustle and bustle near the pier. We look forward to bringing our son and daughter in law next year.

Awesome place

The condo could not been any nicer. The view was absolutely breathtaking. My only downfall was the height of the bed. I’m short snd even with the ladder it was always a struggle. Otherwise awesome place

The condo was clean..we had one issue with the refrigerator that was promptly handled …however, the master bedroom bed is very tall and only reachable by climbing a small ladder ..as seniors, we chose not to use it

Room with a view

The view was fantastic! The linens were nice. Bathrooms were clean. I found it odd that there was not a single drawer in the bedrooms! The closets were full of owners personal things. Not enough hangers. I had to clean the kitchen-coffee pot was dated and dirty, the stove was greasy. The unit is somewhat cluttered.

Portofino in June

Very nice property. The condo is comfortable, though in need of a redecoration. Dated. The parking deck is difficult to navigate. The pool was wonderful and the walk to the beach was easy. Our stay was impacted by a youth group of 2400 people from Houston. Yes - 2400 so we were unable to use some the lifestyle center and everywhere was VERY crowded.

Great little condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The resort is our favorite beach destination and has so much to offer. The condo is a little smaller than the others there but had plenty of room for our family of 4. We had an issue with the ice maker (didn't work) , and the manager of the unit was quick to respond and bring us bags of ice until it could be repaired. The grill on the balcony is great. The kitchen was well-stocked, but the "pantry" had a lock on it. Storing groceries was a little difficult, but we managed. There were also plenty of towels as well as shampoo, etc. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The condo was excellent and perfect for our stay. We had minor issue with freezer, but management service were prompt to respond. This was the cleanest condo we've stayed at over the last several years. Vacasa made is very simple for check-in / check-out. The Portofino resort amenities were fantastic. We used our tower's pool, as well as the main pool. Resort also made it very guest-friendly for our visitors. The main bed was a bit tall... never seen one that high before but steps were available. Washing machine worked fine but was a bit loud. Everything in condo worked well and layout was great for us. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return soon!!

What a beach and what a view!

Every year my mom and I take a 'mother-daughter' getaway to somewhere new in Florida that we haven't yet explored. We loved Pensacola Beach and staying in your beautiful vacation home really helped make our time together so much more special and memorable. We love how well appointed your place is and your Tommy Bahama style was the perfect compliment to the view we enjoyed from sun up to sun down. I just love how you can enjoy the view from both bedrooms or while relaxing over a cup of coffee from the den. And the master bedroom bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. Luckily the beach was calling our name each day with the pretty weather we had. Loved how easy it was to get out to the beach and the boardwalk and rinsing station was great! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend your place. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, loved, and at home!

Blue Angels Visit

Condo was beautiful. I was offered online to extend my stay for one day with 20% off. I called Vasca and paid for the extra day. The day of the extension I was told they were not available. I was inconvenienced and had to argue with Vasca for the refund. The front desk tried calling the owner no answer. Other than that beautiful condo.

Do not rent from this company!

After receiving several emails stating that my weekend getaway was a go - even up until two days before, Vacasa called me the day before we were supposed to check in and said they cancelled our condo due to construction. Because it happened to be the weekend the Blue Angels were flying, there was no where else available on such short notice. They offered me another (not comparable) condo 7 miles further away, but I turned it down as we wanted to be at Pensacola beach that weekend. I will not rent from Vacasa again and I feel that this was wrong to do this to us. They did give us a full refund but we were really excited to come to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels.

Great view

Overall the place was great. Great view from the balcony. The sound of the waves put me to sllep at night. The rooms were clean and looked good. There were only a few issues. The main bed in the master bedroom was very high. I'm 6'1 and i had trouble get onto the bed. There is a little ladder on one side of the bed not both. Probably could have done without the box spring. The other issue was the washer and dryer. The washer sounded light a jet taking off and we had to run the dryer twice to get things dry. Besides the two minor issues, it was a very nice place. We would love to stay there again.
