Une maison dans les bois !

Plouf dans la piscine, les enfants au poney, petit feu dans la cheminée, promenades au bord du lac, en passant par la colline aux fleurs ! Et recherche de silex ( préhistoriques !) dans la forêt !

Super locatie!

Wij (ouders en 3 kinderen tussen 4 en 10 jaar) hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie op jullie domein en huis. Wat op de site vermeld staat doet niet helemaal recht aan welke de mogelijkheden zijn (misschien om grote toeloop te vermijden?). Het is een absolute aanrader met voor elk wat wils voor wie ter plekke wil blijven en daarnaast een heel fijne uitvalsbasis voor wie graag op uitstap gaat.

Très bon séjour

Ranch très bien situé à côté du golf et assez proche des autres activités (tennis, basket, centre équestre…). Vue magnifique sur le lac. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme tout en ayant des activités. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Maison parfaite

Tout est conforme à l'annonce, ranch très agréable, site parfait : tranquilité assurée, activités à proximité à pied. La forêt pour les balades à pied ou en vélo, la piscine olympique pour la nage, la piscine de 80 cm pour le bonheur des enfants... tout le monde est content. Le ranch est très bien équipé, en intérieur comme en extérieur. Les hôtes discrets et efficaces, contact avec Anne sur place, qui s'occupe de la propreté et du bien être des enfants. Si on veut améliorer deux points r: les prises électriques et l'état des vélos, deux points très accessoires. Merci pour cette semaine de vacances très réussie!

Le cadre inspire le calme. L'environnement extérieur est magnifique. Les activités sont nombreuses. Le ranch est fonctionnel mais nécessiterait un petit coup de jeune et de modernité.

Fijne plek!

Wij hebben als gezin genoten van onze vakantie! Het huis lag rustig, prachtig uitzicht op het meer, echt genieten. We konden gebruik maken van het zwembad, de tennisbanen en het roeibootje en dat hebben we ook gedaan. Een plek om tot rust te komen en tegelijk leuke dingen te doen met elkaar. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars! Huis was zeer volledig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Inderdaad is de 4e slaapkamer niet echt een afgesloten ruimte, maar een vide in de woonkamer. Voor ons met wat oudere kinderen die tegelijk met ons naar bed gaan, was dit geen enkel probleem. Maar als je de slaapkamer nodig hebt voor wat jongere kinderen is het misschien wel van belang. Wat ons betreft is dit huis een aanrader!

Pleasant bungalow on holiday park

We were welcomed by the very friendly owners of this holiday house which gave us a quick tour around the house explaining all equipment and rooms available. In addition, they gave information on things to do in the neighborhood. At first glance our impression of the house was good although many personal items were left in plain sight (which made it a bit awkward at some times giving the feeling that you're actually staying in someone else's place and not in a holiday house). After several days it was clear that most equipment could use some maintenance/TLC so I will break down our ranking (we would have rated it at 3,5 - 4 stars overall): Park facilities: four stars (five stars when you are an active golf player or fisherman)( besides a 18 hole golf course, the park had tennis courts, a large indoor + outdoor swimming pool (well maintained), fitness facilities, good walking facilities, a lake for sailing and one fishing lake where I caugth 51 carp within 8 days (ranging from 4 - 9,5 kg). Restaurant at the golf court was good quality at reasonable price (not always open for dinner). Nearest restaurants are approx. 7 km away. Small shop + bread can be bought in the shop on the park and nearest supermarkets are also about 7 km away. House/facilities : four stars (almost everything you need/like in a holiday house to be present was present, if all was relatively new this would have been a five star ranking). Cleanliness: four stars (the house, bathrooms and kitchen were clean but not "100% spotless" since the home owners were living in the house before we arrived!) Maintenance level: one to two stars (most kitchen appliances were outdated, cupboards didn't close well, one of the toilet flushing was leaking and one of the showers showed poor draining - most likely some clogging since we discovered a wet floor in the adjacent bedroom at the end of our stay, BBQ old). Space/room: three stars (for tall Dutch people) maybe four stars for shorter/smaller people (hallway/passage in kitchen and bathroom was a bit small for us, In addition, bed where we stayed was a bit short for me (1,86m) - maybe list size of beds in advertisment. We were with four adults and two small children and we had to puzzle a bit to come up with a good room devision - keep in mind that one double bed is actually above the living room so not very practical if you are with many friends. Home owners were very good in communication/service so five stars for that. Overall, four stars!!
