Located between Sens and Joigny, near Villeneuve sur Yonne, Courtenay and A5, A6 and A19, in the heart of the campaign, we 1h30 south of Paris, 45 minutes from Auxerre, 1:10 Guédelon and Chablis.

We welcome you to a dependency of our old 19th century farmhouse where you will appreciate its authenticity and calm.

Great courtyard common with the owners.

Our "Small house" of 60 m² includes:
- on the ground floor a living room with kitchen, table room, sofa bed 140, TV, DVD player, a bathroom and separate WC.
Access to the garden through a south window with views of the countryside. Terrace of 25 m² with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
- Upstairs, large attic room (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90).
Baby bed loan and high chair on request.

Beds made on arrival. Sheets and towels provided.
Maintenance kits (sponge - dishwashing liquid - dishwashing tablets - toilet paper)
A few tea bags - coffee - herbal tea
Oil - vinegar - Salt - Pepper
Tourist documentation

You can freely enjoy our large garden.

We are at your disposal:
Books, games companies, outdoor games (badminton, petanque, ball ...)
Raclette, stone grill, party pancakes.

Lives on site, we will be happy to advise you if you wish.

Walks or bicycle from the house, horse riding nearby for rides or courses, golf at 10km.

Station at Villeneuve sur Yonne (9km), Sens (15 km - 50 minutes from Paris Bercy), Joigny (25 km)

A deposit of 200 euros will be required upon your arrival and returned, except if necessary, upon your departure.
