We are nestled in the heart of Jupiter, 5 minutes from the Intracoastal, 2.7 miles from the beach, 10 minutes from Jupiter Lighthouse, Roger Dean Stadium Cardinals & Marlin games, Dubois and other state parks, Loggerhead Turtle Museum, and close to the PGA Honda Classic, you will be within walking or biking distance to great restaurants, stores, live music, dancing, and have easy access to either I 95 or the turnpike. This free-standing, beach-themed, guest cottage boasts a private driveway, keyless entry , wifi, t.v., a well-appointed, efficiency kitchen for cozy meals at home, a brand-new king mattress for sound sleep after a day of fun. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something special. The cottage itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and there are all the amenities needed that make you feel right at home. The private parking and outdoor patio were great bonuses, giving us space to unwind and just relax. The location is awesome. You’re just minutes from the beach, great shops, and a variety of restaurants, yet it still feels peaceful and tucked away. What truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Sandy. She is genuinely one of the most welcoming and thoughtful people you’ll meet. You can tell she is passionate about creating a special experience for her guests. From her warm hospitality to the personal touches like fresh eggs from her chickens for breakfast, she goes above and beyond in every way. Sandy made us feel not just like guests, but like we were truly cared for. I loved my experience staying here! Sandra was so sweet as a host. We had privacy, comfort, cleanliness and safety, which are all important for my mom and I when staying at any place. Sandy was a wonderful host, always helpful and never felt intrusive. The cottage is at her home but still private. Sandy has decorated the small cozy space with a beach theme everywhere that will get you in the mood for vacation and provided everything you need from beach towels to chairs. While the space is small, it's great for a weekend for a couple.

I am a 'seasoned' teacher for Palm Beach Public Schools. Born in Roanoke, Virginia, raised in Pennsylvania, went to Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pa., lived in Columbus, Ohio, I have now been a Florida resident in the Jupiter area for 30 years. My husband and I, married only 4 years, have 7 wonderful, grown children between us, and several grandchildren. We just moved to April Lane, renovated the guest house, and are anxious to share it.
Even though minimum stay is 2 nights, off-season might be able to accommodate a special request.

This property, both the main and guest houses, are unique in every way. Built in the Key West style, it exudes tropical flair and peaceful feelings.

What makes this property unique

Once I saw this property there was no turning back. Bordered by trees and thick foliage from the main road, our 1/2 acre feels like a hidden retreat.
