Apartment on the 2nd and last floor of a small quiet residence. This duplex apartment has a double north-south exposure and a beautiful view of the harbor and Bas Sablons Saint-Malo intramural. Private access to the port and the beach Bas Sablons so that the pedestrian promenade of the city of Aleth. The apartment includes a living room with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with travertine stone bathroom with bath, a separate bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) and convenient corner with a baby bed (60 x 120) and table langer. Upstairs, accessible by a secure staircase, lit by two skylights loft, furnished with two beds (90X200) and convenient. Closed garage in the basement. Close to shops and restaurants. Saint-Malo intramural is within walking distance in 20 minutes; Sheets are provided free. Wireless.

Holiday in Saint Malo

The landlord, Mr. Bruno Martin, is very nice and friendly. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. You can reach the city center in about 20 minutes on foot. There were many great creperies in the area. All in all, a great stay and vacation

We could not fault anything about this lovely bright comfortable apartment with its view across the bay to Saint Malo. The host could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a lovely week and hope to return.

Great views from window of harbour and boats. Comfortable apartment. Well equipped. Garage prefect for our small car. Easy to walk into St Malo. Ferry port v close.

Fantastic!

Beautiful duplex apartment with everything you need. Location is superb and having a garage was brilliant. We have a large 3.5 litre shogun which we managed to get in albeit access from driver side. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here. Property was very cute, convenient and comfortable. View was amazing! Bruno was a fantastic host. Communication was very good and he gave us lots of helpful tips. Location was very convenient to many attractions. Quiet and safe. There is secure underground parking (best for a small car). It was a little hard to find for us. Note that it is kind of alley access and when you come across the building, go thru the little red gate and all the way to the right of the building (around a little corner). Highly recommend this property.

Un coin de paradis

Excellent accueil de la part de Monsieur Martin. D'une grande gentillesse. Qui explique bien ce qu'il est possible de faire. Question pratique, tout a été prévu pour un séjour optimal. Propreté impeccable, tout le nécessaire était présent, ce qui nous a donné du confort. Espace très accueillant et optimiste, chouette déco,... Saint-Servan offre un cadre optimal pour faire des balades en bord de mer, ou un peu plus à l'intérieur de la ville. Il y a de bons restos, de bonnes boulangeries, des coins à visiter. Bref, des vacances réussies. Merci Monsieur Martin.

Escapade pour retrouver nos amis de St Servan

Nous cherchions un emplacement pour retrouver nos amis qui habitent St Servan. Nous connaissions très bien St Servan et l'emplacement nous a tout de suite intéressé. L'appartement est idéal pour 3 personnes. A 4, cela risque de devenir un peu trop restreint.L'accueil fut très bien et le propriétaire s'est adapté à nos demandes.

Emplacement parfait

Logement tres bien équipé , très propre, très bien situé et confortable. Le propriétaire est reactif.La mezzanine est isolée du rez-de-chaussée visuellement, mais bien sûr pas vraiment sur le plan sonore. La literie est confortable.Un seul petit bemol, les WC sont dans la salle de bain, c'est moins pratique à 4 adultes.Emplacement génial.
