Everything is completely updated! This Luxury unit includes 1150 sq ft of the finest Indian Shores living space. Why stay in a hotel when you can have all of the private amenities of home. Wood plank tile throughout, the unit is very spacious and offers the convenience of 2 bedroom 2 baths. Located across from the beach, this tropical premier waterfront community includes a year round heated salt water pool, fishing pier, and barbeque grill area. Plenty of free private parking spaces offer the opportunity to have guests join you for a day of hassle free fun. Relax on your private balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard and catch some sun.

The kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new glass cooktop, new microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. This unit comfortably sleeps 6. Awaiting you is a spacious master bedroom suite with a king bed, walk-in shower and plenty of room in the master walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a luxurious queen bed with separate closet. In the family area, you’ll find a and full size dream-sleeper leather sofa.

Leave your quarters at home, there is a washer and dryer included in the unit! Flat screen TVs are included with Cable and wireless internet in living room and master bedroom. There s an iron, ironing board & hair dryer in the condo. Our objective is to make your stay hassle-free, so we provide all of the necessary linens, towels, and beach towels. We have everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach including beach chairs, a beach cart and a canopy.

We also offer a one bedroom one and half bath unit in same complex if traveling with family or friends. Feel free to inquire if interested .

Our vacation was amazing. The condo was exactly as advertised with a quick walk across the street to the beach. It was very quiet and offered everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated all of the beach supplies since we couldn’t bring them. Easy access to St. Pete and Clearwater for extra activities but a more peaceful relaxing place to call home. Tammy was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay at another of Tammy”s properties any time.

Tammy is always very responsive. Great condo layout, new washer & dryer and close to everything we love to do. Sunrise and dolphins in the morning. Sunsets and local hangouts at night. Complex grounds are kept in beautiful shape.

The host was good, but the condo really needed a deep clean. Some of the pots and pans had food on them, the rugs were sandy/salty and the guest room closet was unusable because it was full of sandy beach chairs and toys. The resort is nice and close to the beach. It was enjoyable to sit by the pool and the fishing dock on the Intercoastal was a bonus.

As well, I made multiple trips to take your mail that was delivered to my house for you to help out of which is an hour away from where we live. We enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. It was our second year coming to this area. Last year we stayed at the other property that Tammy has in the same complex. I would recommend either of the condos. They have everything you need for your stay at the beach. We had to contact Tammy once when checking in but she was very responsive and helped us solve our issue.

It was very nice. Would stay again. Only thing was both bathrooms had very little water pressure in the sinks. Did not need property manager for anything.
