Imagine yourself on the loungers, listen to the cicadas with a good tapenade and a bottle of fresh rosé (gift on arrival).
This house can accommodate 9 people.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a laundry room.
Although it gives on one side on the street, it is quiet and nestled in lush greenery. On one side you can see the sea and the islands of Levant, on the other side the kite-surfers of Almanarre.
A ping-pong table and rackets are available, as well as an outdoor electric griddle.
Access of travelers
The village is a minute walk, as well as all shops, market, restaurants ...
The charming port of Niel is an eight-minute walk away, as is the wide Almanarre beach, renowned for its swimming and famous kite surfing site.
In eight minutes also, a small cove to snorkel.
