Beautiful villa of 200 m2 with sea view, on La Madrague (Presqu'ile de Giens) recently classified 4 stars by the tourist office of Var.
Ideal with family, friends and sports: Kitesurf, sailing, diving and beaches nearby.
Ideally located 700 meters from the Port of Niel but also the village of Giens where you can walk to enjoy its shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds.
Pool of 10 x 6 m, heated, secured by an electric shutter, deckchairs, garden furniture and parasol at your disposal and a shaded walkway all located in a landscaped garden and fenced 1200 M2. Closed parking (3 cars) with electric gate.
Villa completely renovated with a contemporary decor that can accommodate 8 people.
Very nice amenities with new equipment, wifi, TV and DVD player Blu-ray.
Ground floor: overlooking the pool 2 bedrooms with beds of 160 and storage (the largest can accommodate a toddler), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, a double sink and 2 separate toilets.
On the floor: 1 side separated night understanding: 2 rooms with tidying up (1 large room with 1 bed of 160 being able also to accommodate a toddler and the other with 2 beds of 80 being able to be reunited), a room d water with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
A kitchen with American fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A large living-room all surrounded by large terraces with blinds: one with garden side lounge quiet and the other side swimming pool with table and barbecue and a cocktail corner.
Garden and pool maintained regularly by a professional.
This house is non smoking, not suitable for people with reduced mobility and pets are not allowed.
