Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath house a block from the University and within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. With a large kitchen and seating for twelve, this home is a perfect place for family gatherings and accommodating large groups of people. 1 king, 2 queens, a full, a bunkbed, and two pull out couches. What makes this property unique

Four rooms and two extra sleeping spaces, with extra couches provide an abundance of space for your family or friend gathering, conveniently located close to the University of Montana and Downtown.

The kitchen opens to the dining and living room for a spacious area for everyone to gather yet with the ability to shut off spaces to accommodate kids bedtimes etc. (Crib and/or pack and play available upon request).

There is a nice fenced in backyard with dining set, extra chairs, a grill and view of Mt. Sentinel.
