Beautiful duplex recently renovated, located on the Mont des Oiseaux in Hyeres, overlooking the Giens peninsula with panoramic views of the Golden Islands, Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant.
Very bright, sunny and quiet apartment with all the comforts, consisting of 2 large bedrooms each with a double bed (1 bed 180x200 and a 160x190), a mezzanine with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a bathroom with WC on the floor, an independent WC on the ground floor, kitchen lounge and large terrace. Parking closed by electric gate.

Apartment located 5 minutes from Almanarre beach (renowned kitesurf and windsurf spot), 15 minutes from the pier of the melted tower to go to the islands, 5 minutes from Hyeres station, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport., Marseille, Nice, Saint Tropez, Verdon, Sanary, les Calanques, Brégançon, Cotignac, Barjols, Salernes, Le Thoronet nearby.

vue éblouissante sur Hyères, la presqu'île de Giens, la mer...

Maison très plaisante, atypique, perchée dans la nature et avec une vue sur les Maures, la côte méditerranéenne s'étendant du Lavandou à toute la presqu'île de Giens en passant par les îles d'or... Hôte à l'écoute même de loin (en voyage), nous laissant une multitude de dépliants pour nous guider sur les choses à voir dans la région et beaucoup de livres : il ne manquait rien dans la maison! Les photos sur Abritel reflètent parfaitement le décor. La mezzanine (= 3e chambre) et un peu trop lambrissée, mais pour notre petit fils de 14 ans qui n'est pas des plus grands, c'était jouable. Nos vacances ont vraiment été super et nous avons quitté à regret ce joli "Mont des Oiseaux.".. Un grand merci à Maryse!

Un posto tranquillo vicinissimo al mare.

L'appartamento è molto piacevole e ben dotato di ogni esigenza per un soggiorno in famiglia, anche la cucina è dotata di tutto. Disposto su due livelli è climatizzato e molto riservato, il posto auto è ampio e vicinissimo all'ingresso di casa, è anche sicuro perché protetto da cancello con telecomando. La vista sul mare e le isole è meravigliosa. Davvero un bel posto.

Logement avec vu imprenable sur la presqu’île de Giens et les îles d’Or

Entre 5 adultes, nous avons passé un très très bon séjour dans ce logement calme, propre, bien équipé, climatisé et de tout confort. Le balcon permet de profiter d’une belle vue sur la mer et des dîners lorsqu’il ne fait pas trop chaud. La propriétaire est très agréable pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
