- A cabin area with 2 single bunk beds,
- A living room with 2 single sofa beds, a TV and a Bluetooth speaker,
- A second bathroom with WC.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, tea towels ...)
- A 40m² terrace and private garden with sea view.

Payable options: bed linen, towels and washcloths on request.

This exceptionally quiet apartment is located in a high standing, waterfront residence, in Provencal architecture, with swimming pool. It is nestled in the heart of a magnificent 3-hectare park with Mediterranean species, opening onto a beautiful sandy beach bordered by a pine forest, facing the island of Porquerolles.

The residence is 2 km from shops and the picturesque village of Giens. It offers a beach volleyball, pétanque, table tennis and a children's playground. The 70m2 outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from April to October.

Superbe résidence, très calme, très bien entretenue avec piscine géniale, et accès plage sécurisé...Propreté de la résidence au top.Transats à disposition au bord de la piscine et sur la plage donc trop agréable pour les parents !Logement très fonctionnel et agréable. Sa terrasse et son jardin avec zones ombragées sont les cerises sur le gâteau !L'appartement est idéalement situé dans la résidence, autant de la piscine que de la plage et des jeux pour enfants mais aussi du reste du coin !Seul hic, si s'en est un, en dehors de l'appartement, pas beaucoup de réseau et pas le droit d'avoir accès à la wifi de la résidence (car location via un propriétaire et non directement via la résidence). Mais cela n'est pas forcément problématique, ça permet de couper un peu avec le téléphone et le reste accessible sur le téléphone le temps de déconnecter pour les vacances Nous retrouvons la wifi une fois à l'appartement, avec la wifi de celui-ci.Nous avons trouvé l'appartement suffisamment frais donc pas utilisé la clim de la chambre, simplement le ventilateur basique mais il est facile de faire des courant d'air mécaniques avec les portes et baies vitrées donc top.Vraiment tout était très bien, le seul petit bémol au niveau de l'appartement était que le ménage basique était ok (sanitaires, cuisine), mais les détails n'étaient pas au top (qui ne sont pas des détails pour tout le monde) poussières, rebords fenêtres, sous canapé, jeux de plage)).Nous avons passé une belle semaine

Ferienanlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Wohnung selbst hat uns enttäuscht: Terrasse bei Ankunft sehr dreckig, die Gartenmöbel ebenfalls so dreckig, dass wir uns 2 Stühle erstmal selbst gereinigt haben. Eine der beiden Liegen war kapput und einer der vorhandenen Wäscheständer auch. Das Duschbad war völlig verdreckt und die Fugen schimmelig. Allgemein war die Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig. Unserer Meinung nach ist die Wohnung niemals für 6 Personen nutzbar, außer man würde ausschließlich dort schlafen. In der Küche quasi keine Arbeitsfläche - selbst die Kaffeemaschine muss auf einem Beistelltisch oder dem Esstisch stehen. Ordnung halten wird da schwierig. Selbst unter dem Bett wird Kochgeschirr und Werkzeug des Eigentümers gelagert.Die vorhandenen Tischdecken waren völlig fleckig. Die Möbel sind zweckmäßig und ziemlich abgewohnt.Positiv (und auch nötig) waren die Mückengitter an 2 Fenstern und der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Garten.

Excellent séjour à la Presqu'Ile de Giens

Au sein de Pierre & Vacances, Thomas propose un logement les "pieds dans l'eau" ! les enfants se sont régalés avec l'alternance mer/piscine. Des commerces à proximité. Logement spacieux (capacité de 6 couchages) pour notre famille de 4 personnes Echanges très fluides avec Thomas et réponses rapides Seul bémol : la climatisation qui était uniquement dans la chambre et qui ne fonctionnait pas et même si Thomas a mis à disposition une clim mobile nous ne pouvions l'utiliser car trop bruyante.

L'emplacement est top, le logement est très confortable. Même à 6, tout le monde avait sa place en sérénité. Le cadre de la presqu'île est toujours aussi beau et agreable. Si je peux, je reviendrai volontiers !

Tout est conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme et sécurisée avec un accès direct à la plage de sable idéale pour les enfants. Thomas est très sympathique et la procedure d'entrée et de sortie est simple. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Nice stay for beach holiday

We stayed in the apartment with 2 adults and 2 children. For more people it would be to small for our opinion. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have such a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have a pool also and a terasse with small garden for the kids. The residence was very large but not very noisy. Just from the beach bar we heard some music at the weekend. The surrounding was nice with a lot of palms and flowers. In walking distance are shops for Baguette, pizza and other grocceries. We will come back!!!

Magnifique semaine

L'appartement est agréable, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes si on veut avoir de l'espace. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. La piscine est très belle et l'accès direct à la plage est vraiment un plus. Thomas a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions par mail et de manière très conviviale.

Séjour idyllique en famille

Séjour paradisiaque en bord de plage, idéal en famille (la plage est à 2mn à pied), parc arboré absolument magnifique, petit parc à jeux à 1mn de l’appartement et superbe piscine chauffée également à 2mn à pied. Accueil vraiment adorable de Thomas qui a toujours été très réactif et veille au confort de ses hôtes. Rarement vu un accueil pareil. L’appartement est super fonctionnel, idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants, avec le petit jardin et la terrasse . Environs superbes. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Pour notre part c’est sûr, nous reviendrons !

Vacances en familles

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour avec nos enfants . L’appartement est idéalement situé ( proche plage et piscine ) , il possède un grand jardin sans vis à vis et vue mer . Il a été rénové avec goût , très jolie chambre parentale avec sa propre sdb . La résidence , le parc et la piscine sont très bien entretenus . Un propriétaire a l’écoute et réactif . Des attentions comme les lits faits à l’arrivée , bouteille d’eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur etc … Bref , nous sommes ravis .

Location très bien située à quelques mètres de la mer et au calme

Une très belle semaine de vacances conforme à nos attentes. La résidence est globalement très calme (en dehors des quelques fêtards qui rentrent à 3h du matin très bruyamment). La mer est toute proche et n'hésitez pas à vous éloigner de la plage de sable pour aller vous baigner au calme dans les criques qui jalonnent la côte. Piscine agréable également. La location est très bien située en rez de jardin face à la mer. Le propriétaire est très agréable et répond à toutes vos questions !
