The villa of approximately 180 square meters is from 2016. It offers a capacity of 6/8 beds maximum (3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room)
It is guarded 24- 24h by the caretaker who has his own studio
Permanently hot and cold water, 1000L reserve if water cut off.

On the ground floor: large living room dining room with flat screen and air-conditioned master suite of more than 40 square meters with double sink bathroom and walk-in shower.
A large covered terrace (55 square meters) facing the swimming pool, including an American kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, fan, toaster ...), an outdoor dining room, a WC for guests; A washing machine.
