10 minutes from Saly, live the dolce vita in this pretty villa with 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Enjoy the private swimming pool in the middle of its pretty garden and beautiful terrace. The house is fully fenced and has a caretaker on site.
The house also has a kitchen with cooking range, fridge, sink and a washing machine.
Inside, a large living room dining room opening onto 4 beautiful bedrooms and a small kitchen bar with microwave and coffee maker. The villa has a TV with canal plus.
Each bedroom is independent and has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets.
It is possible to park several vehicles within the villa grounds.
The house is located about 10 minutes from the centre of saly and the sea.
The bandia reserve is 15 minutes away, as is the Somone and its beautiful lagoon.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, the villa has a woyofal metre to manage this.
