On the Crozon peninsula, at the western end of the Armorique regional park, stands an exceptional family property, the Rulianec manor.
Rulianec (600m2) consists of a living room, a dining room, a TV lounge, a dining kitchen, a laundry room, 14 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The majority of the rooms have an exceptional view of the ocean. Completely renovated with a chic and contemporary decoration, respecting its history, Rulianec can accommodate up to 15 people.
Two large beaches are easily accessible directly from the property, one by a private road.
The setting is idyllic for bringing together a large family or a group of friends, in a calm and private atmosphere, the property is prohibited from overflight.
Rulianec is located in the middle of a 3.4 hectare park. Below the property there are several caves accessible at low tide.
A heated swimming pool (6x12) and an exotic wooden terrace (700m2) are under construction.

The owners make every effort to provide tenants with a unique experience. They can help you organize your vacation and have a tailor-made stay. They are always reachable to respond to different requests.
