- Two 19m2 studios, each equipped with a double bed (160*200), a desk, child chairs, a kitchenette, a bathroom (Italian shower) and WC. The studios open through large bay windows to the garden/south terrace and each has its own independent entrance,
- A large stone terrace, equipped with a spacious teak garden table for 14 people (Tectona) and a super-sized parasol, offering a view of the bay.

The first floor, where each space is designed to maximize comfort and the view of the bay, houses:

- Two luxurious master suites, equipped with beds (180*200) and large bay windows, offering a magnificent view of Douarnenez Bay and the changing sky. Each has a private bathroom with Italian shower and, for one of them, also a bathtub. Each master suite provides access to the large upper terrace,
- A mezzanine, with large bay windows that flood the room with light and connect this space to the large upper terrace. A desk allows for serene work,
- A vast wooden terrace with panoramic views of Morgat and Douarnenez Bay, offering relaxation and contemplation spaces with a Tectona garden lounge.

The landscaped garden is designed to offer various relaxation spaces:

- The large pool with its sliding dome, wooden deck, and sun loungers,
- A wooden terrace, nestled in an area of grasses and seaside plants, with its garden lounge and large parasol,
