This 3,700 square foot home sits on 2.78 acres with plenty of space for parking, boats, or RVs.

The home has a guest/ bunk house with a half bath that can accommodate 4 guests.
The main part of the home has a large eat-in kitchen with a large dining table for 10 and a huge wood burning fireplace.

This home features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a spacious master bath. There are also two additional bedrooms-- one with a king sized bed and a daybed and one with a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have been appointed with quality bedding for the perfect night s sleep.

The main living area features a reading nook, a roll-away bar, and plenty of seating for your gathering- complete with another wood burning fireplace for those chilly nights. There is also a wood-fired pizza kitchen adjacent to the living area that is available for your use.

This property features plenty of space for outdoor entertaining and includes an outdoor stage and dance floor, a large patio in the back featuring a two story wooden deck. There are fire pits in the front and back of the property as well as a large has or charcoal grill with a smoker/ oven.

The master bedroom, kitchen, dining and back decks feature lake views. There is not a dock or water access on the property, but the property sits next to Possum Hollow, which provides access to a boat ramp for no charge. There are also boat ramps available at Bass Hollow or Fox Hollow, but those properties provide access for a fee.

The property is located in the country so along with the deer, we sometimes get insects including mosquitoes. The property is routinely treated for pests, but wasp and mosquito spray is located under the sink should you need it.

If you are interested in this property for an event such as a wedding, family reunion, or a group getaway, the front patio can easily accommodate 75 people and the rear patio area can accommodate about 100 people. We do charge a venue fee of $500 for weddings.

50% of the cost of your stay is due at booking with the remaining 50% being due 14 days prior to your arrival date. We do require a Security Deposit in the amount of $300, but Damage Protection coverage in lieu of a deposit is available to you at check out.
