Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave beds unmade and place dirty towels in the shower.
Please take all trash to dumpster onsite prior to check out. Dumpsters can be found behind the pool. On your way out,take the first right when driving past the pool and the dumpsters are on the left.
Please make sure all lights are turned off and thermostat is set to 65 in the winter and 75 in the summer. Lock doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $100 late checkout charge. Please reach out to request a late check out to see if we can accommodate it.
