Wonderful Stay at L‘Escalet

We loved our time at Nicole’s house. Nicole is a very nice host, everything was well explained. We loved to walk to the beach, sometimes three times a day. We sat on the wonderful terrace looking onto the sea and the pine trees. We hiked to the mountain top with a stunning view and the small path over the cliffs. Hope to be there one day again.

Great summer holidays in Escalet

Our summer holidays in Escalet were great! The house has a very nice and quiet terrace with a great view to the sea. Additionally, the house is very charming, well equipped and clean. In 5 minutes, you can reach the near beach of Escalet. There are a lot of small and larger beaches that can only be reached by walking there. However, it's really worth visiting them. Michel, the owner of the house, is very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for these unforgettable holidays!

Thanks Renato, It's always a pleasure for us to observe that other families share the same feelings we had untill our childerhood and we still have right now. It keeps our house alive and full of good vibes. See you next time :-)

Beautiful view

The villa is in a lovely, secure, estate, with a beautiful view over the trees to the sea. It has a lovely long terrace with welcome electric canopies. The short walk through the garden down to the beach was welcome. A car is needed to get to restaurants and grocery stores. The villa is aptly listed as a ‘family villa’ - it is very ‘lived in’ and basically furnished. Sun loungers for the outside space would be a welcome addition (there were just deck chairs). One or two issues were quickly dealt with by the owners.

Relaxing time by the sea

We stayed here for a week, 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 10 minutes at the most. Best part of the villa was sitting on the terrace in the morning and evening while enjoying the view. This little part of France is relaxed and you feel as though your troubles melt away. The town of Ramatuelle is close by and a cute town to have dinner. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. Many things to do in the area, hiking, sunbathing, winery tours, canoeing, paddleboarding and sailing. The owner answered all my questions quickly and was very easy to work with. If you are looking for a relaxed villa that is away from the craziness of the larger towns, but still central and able to have activities close by, I would recommend this place.

Schönes Ferienhaus in einmaliger Lage

Thank you for your comments which are very useful. Regarding the table inside to have lunc or dinner, there is in fact an inside table which is in a corner and which can be open (6 persons). Sorry this information was not in the booklet. Regarding the door we just repaired it last well as furniture

Traumhafter Herbst in Ramautuelle
