Beach and downtown on foot - Beautiful heated pool in the residence.

Carnac, center beach, in a residential complex with heated pool (from mid-June to mid-September), terraced house on private garden, sheltered and enclosed including:

- a kitchen open to the living room, a living room opening onto terrace with large bay window.

- an entrance serving an independent WC,

- upstairs: a bedroom for 4 (1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed), 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, shower room and separate toilet.

Sleeping facilities: (bedlinen not provided) - possibility of renting linen at extra charge.

Très bon séjour à Carnac

Un bon séjour dans cette belle station balnéaire. Le logement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel (mention spéciale pour le robot aspirateur, super en vacances!), il est idéalement situé, à proximité de la plage, des commerces, du médecin/pharmacie et des restaurants (on peut quasiment tout faire à pieds). Les 2 terrasses sont appréciables. La piscine de la résidence est chauffée ce qui est un vrai plus! Juste un petit bémol toutefois pour la tranquillité la nuit: mais j'ai le sommeil léger et je dors la fenêtre ouverte, certaines nuits, des personnes un peu bruyantes qui sortent des bars m'ont réveillée. Autrement très peu de voitures, le quartier est calme. Une belle place de parking est réservée ce qui est appréciable dans ce quartier prisé!

La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque et tout est à proximité immédiate (piscine de la résidence, commerces, plage, office de tourisme...) ce qui est bien pratique et appréciable. Malheureusement, cela génère un peu de bruit et de passage. Je recommande cette jolie location à la déco bord de mer.

Idéal pour une famille de 4, maison bien placée et agencée

Un emplacement au top pour profiter de Carnac plage (plage, commerces, resto…), la maison est à la fois fonctionnelle et jolie et nous n’avons pas été ennuyé par le côté mitoyen. Un plus pour les enfants avec la piscine chauffée de la résidence à 2 pas. Nous étions 4 dont 2 enfants (ils doivent partager la chambre) et toute la famille a passé un très bon séjour. Encore merci

Parfait! Perfekt!

Une de nos meilleures vacances en France. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin (y compris des épices, une vaisselle complète, des chaises longues, etc.) Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et flexibles - merci Béatrice ! Cet emplacement - 5 minutes de la plage et des magasins importants (même le Super U peut être atteint à pied - j'ai dû le faire, car le lundi, les deux boulangeries et la charcuterie étaient fermées. Il y a même un bricolage pour le charbon de bois). 15 minutes du fantastique marché de Carnac (mercredi et dimanche). Les plages sont tout simplement magiques (Le Men Du était notre préférée). Menhirs, dolmens et tumuli abondent, ainsi que de très beaux sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons également trouvé des restaurants, nous recommandons Le Cornely (un peu plus loin, mais avec une belle vue sur la plage ou La Sultana). La piscine du complexe est géniale, pas trop occupée le matin et le soir, et nous avons pu nager dans une eau agréablement chaude. Le seul inconvénient est peut-être la rue très fréquentée sur laquelle se trouve la maison. Cela s'est amélioré vers la fin du mois d'août, et c'est généralement assez calme la nuit. Nous reviendrons ! ****** Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube in Frankreich. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (inklusive Gewürze, komplettes Geschirr, Liegen etc). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und flexibel - merci Beatrice! Diese Lage - 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu den wichtigen Geschäften (selbst den Super-U kann man fussläufig erreichen - das musste ich auch, weil Montags die beiden Boulangeries und die Charcuterie zu hatten. Sogar eine Bricolage gibt es, für die Grillkohle.) 15 Minuten zum fantastischen Markt von Carnac (Mittwochs und Sonntags). Die Strände sind einfach zauberhaft (Le Men Du war unser Favorit). Menhire, Dolmen und Tumuli gibt es ohne Ende, und auch sehr schöne Wanderwege. Bei den Restaurants wurden wir auch fündig, wir empfehlen Le Cornely (etwas weiter weg, aber mit schönem Blick auf den Strand oder La Sultana). Der Pool in der Anlage ist toll, morgens und abends ist nicht viel los, und wir konnte gut schwimmen in angenehm warmen Wasser. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht die wirklich sehr lebhafte Strasse an der das Haus liegt. Gegen Ende August wurde es besser, und Nachts ist es generell recht ruhig. Wir kommen wieder!

Tout était parfait : de l accueil (appel de la proprietaire avant l arrivée + rdv pour la remise des clés) a la localisation (situation géographique idéale : plage et centre a pied, moins de 30mn de tous les lieux touristiques en voiture) en passant par la maison (propreté, équipements a disposition, espace). A l étage certes il y a de la moquette mais elle est très propre et les matelas sont neufs. Tout le monde s est senti comme à la maison !

Schönes Haus in guter Lage, schnell am Strand und bei Restaurants/ Shopping sowie für Ausflüge

Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können das Haus mit seiner guten Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und der Nähe zum Strand weiterempfehlen. Einen Punkt Abzug für den Teppichboden im Obergeschoss und das nicht vorhandene Wifi - entgegen der Beschreibung. Ist ja kein Problem, wenn man sich darauf einstellt. Dann sollte es aber nicht in der Beschreibung aufgeführt werden. Der Teppichboden hat zwar keine Flecken...ist aber grundsätzlich wegen der Reinigung/Hygiene in einem Ferienhaus nicht der Hit. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und die Reaktion schnell.

Très bel emplacement

Maison très lumineuse, spacieuse et bien agencée. A environ 200m de l office du tourisme et 400m de la plage et des commerces de carnac plage. Tout est très pratique! La piscine est un gros plus pour cette location: environ 20mx8m, elle est très bien entretenue et étrangement très peu fréquentée. Que du bonheur! La région regorge d endroits à visiter. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Les jeunes femmes qui ont fait l entrée et la sortie très aimables et disponibles. Le seul bémol est malheureusement la literie qui n'est pas géniale et la moquette à tout l étage. Mais nous avons passé de belles vacances à Carnac Merci!

Großes, freundliches Haus mit allem was der Urlauber benötigt

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem großen und mit allen erdenklichen Utensilien eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind hell und praktisch eingerichtet. Von Grill über Liegen bis hin zu einer Nespresso-Maschine de Luxe hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es sind keine 500 Meter Entfernung zum Strand, sodass wir viele Tage unser Auto gar nicht bewegen mussten. Unsere Tochter hat besonders den tollen Gemeinschaftspool geliebt, der in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Der Ort hat alles zu bieten, was sich ein Urlauber wünscht: Märkte, Kulturprogramm, Feste und ein turbulentes Leben am Strand, von dem man beim Haus aber gut abgeschirmt ist. Der Garten ist praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Vermieter sind ausgezeichnet. Fünf Sterne ohne Abzug, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder gerne Urlaub machen.
