About this property

Pleasant holiday home near beach and wild coast

Our house is close to the beach (5 mins walk), the town, the wild coast and the typical little port of Portivy (10 mins walk). An ideal location to fully enjoy the peninsula!

The house can accommodate a couple in the ground floor bedroom (140x200 bed), a couple or 2 children in 1 bedroom upstairs (2 80x200 beds that fit into 1 160x200 bed), and up to 4 children in the 2nd bedroom upstairs (2 bunk beds + 1 extra bed, 1 90x200 bed).
In the garden shed, we provide you with a barbecue and 3 bikes (2 adult bikes and 1 teen 26 '' mountain bike) to take advantage of the many cycle paths on the peninsula.
Sheets and towels can be provided on request (€ 8 / person extra).

The district

Le Roch is a typical hamlet of St Pierre Quiberon, halfway between the bay and its beautiful sandy beaches and the wild coast. It is ideally located for you to enjoy the charms of the peninsula.

transport network

The house is located 5 minutes' walk from the Tire-bouchon stop (SNCF line connecting Auray to Quiberon).
You are 10 minutes by car from the departure of the shuttles to Belle-Ile, Houat and Hoëdic.

Other remarks

From the house you have direct access to hiking and biking trails. St Pierre Quiberon offers many nautical activities (sailing schools and surf clubs, kitesurf, speed sail, kayak ...), 4 tennis courts and several equestrian centers.

maison parfaite, tres propre et tres confortable, literie au top, jolie terrasse ombragée, tres bien situee au milieu de la presqu'ile et a 10mn a pied des commerces et des plages. accueil tres bien organisé par la proprietaire. je recommande a 100 % nous avons passé 1 semaine ideale. merci encore

Une maison idéalement située entre cote sauvage et centre, tout est à proximité. Une tres jolie maison décorée avec goût mais surtout bien équipée, nos enfants étaient ravis de trouvé livres et playmobils. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances malgré un contexte assez particulier cette année. Je recommande vivement.

un accueil tres chaleureux

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans une maison très soignée, avec des jeux pour les enfants et les adultes un accueil très très chaleureux par la dame qui nous a remis les clefs et montré la maison celle ci est bien située, près de la plage du centre ville de Saint pierre de quiberon
