Enjoy the ocean breezes, sunrises and sunsets because both of these rooms have doors that lead to the 2nd floor deck with hammocks! - Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. LIMIT OF 1 PET – The pet fee of $200.00+ tax is an additional charge. A pet-cleaning fee is also additionally charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
