This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front condo at The Pearl of Navarre has the best to offer in amenities and luxury.

The master bedroom has a king bed and Gulf front views. It has a private bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom has two full beds and guest bathroom in the hallway. Step into the large kitchen to make your favorite meals and enjoy dinners with family and friends in the dining room. Watch TV in the living room or just sit back and enjoy views of the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters.

Take some time to experience everything that Navarre Beach has to offer. It's home to the longest pier on the gulf coast. Take a stroll down the pier and experience some of the most beautiful sea life in the world from sting rays to sea turtles. If you love the sea turtles you can hop over to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and get up close to those magnificent animals and learn all about their habitat. Navarre Beach also has a Marine Science Center which is great fun for the kids when you are out exploring the island.

Once you're back at the condo enjoy all of the amenities The Pearl of Navarre has to offer. Short trip

The condo was very very clean. Perfection in that dept. The view was outstanding. No rusty appliances or older tvs as mentioned in other reviews. Everything was perfect in that regard. I do agree with the furnishings being odd but hey I’m not there for that purpose. The jetted tub did not work and it was the one thing I specifically asked for. Reported it. When I discovered it on day two. Without the jetted tub in order and an issue with my own house , we left a day and a half early. Lost a lot of money. Th condo was nice though. Loved the Pearl.

Fall break

Easy to follow instructions for check in after hours. Nice set up that was clean. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen had what needed to cook with but better bring what needed other than salt/pepper. Not a deal breaker, would definitely return

General overview

Very pretty. Beds are very comfortable. I would mention master bathroom is beautiful but needs a grab bar or two for safety. Our coffee pot had a carafe that did not fit. I didn't realize this until we had coffee allover the counter. Once I mentioned this, however, we had a new coffee pot! So very responsive to our issue.

Property was nice. Great view of beach. Ice maker in wet bar is a great feature. No need to go to store for ice bags. Plenty of bathroom towels. Very quiet also. We were near elevators but never heard a thing.

Beach towels and chairs would have been a huge plus. Walking distance to pier and three restaurants near the pier. The pier at night was fun especially with a few fisher men /women playing music while the sun goes down. We will definitely return!!

Did not like the waterfalls in the pool because you could not hear the waves over the waterfalls; they should be cut off at night. The employees putting out chairs and umbrellas was rude and inconsiderate.Loved the layout of the condo. Mattress was comfortable! Everything worked. Would stay there again if the pool noise was cut off!

Great location with a beautiful view

Overall great experience. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more amenities. Had to buy trash bags, TP, salt & pepper. These basics should be provided. It would be nice to have a SmartTV to steam shows and movies. There were a total of 4 remote controls which only 1 worked. Check in and out was easy.

Beautiful views!!

Everything from beginning to end was a seamless experience. Reponse from property manager was quick; booking was easy; check in after hours was exactly as explained and expected; condo description was accurate, very clean, and well appointed. The views are outstanding and the pool was comfortably heated and a good thing as it was a little cool as it was early in the season. We had only a few minor issues/ complaints: the ice machine while handy is EXTREMELY noisy; it would drown out the tv at night. Also not really needed as the fridge freezer also made ice. The master bed while soft needs to be replaced; the minute you lie down you sink into a major dip. This only happened on the two sides; if you laid in the middle, this didn’t happen which shows the wear of the bed and needs replacing. All the locks on the balcony don’t work and are rusted out to the point that when the wind blows they whistle through the holes. They are all “locked” with poles. We couldn’t even open the right side sliding door as I fear it was rusted shut and there are no screens to keep bugs out. The last thing is there is absolutely no condiments or spices of any kind. In all the places we’ve rented before there was always a few spices, salt , pepper, oil and sometimes even condiments like ketchup and butter left. It was always our choice to use them or not but it could be huge when trying to cook. Just know that you will need to purchase every little thing for your trip if you do any cooking like we do. It would have been nice if there were a few things left behind as you know others have bought them and left them behind too. Just saying. Otherwise the condo was spectacular and we had a great time!

More Visits to Come

This was our 2nd visit to the Pearl. The room lacked a toaster and several of the dishes were put away not fully washed (food stuck to plates, wine on wine glasses). I would request that the Pearl bring back the pool attendant, there was a rowdy group of unsupervised teenagers that hit several parents/children with a football while treating the whole pool as their own. Outside of the things mentioned above the room was clean and as advertised. We will be visiting again.

The Pearl 504

We were very impressed with the condo, very clean and great location. The beach is wonderful. However, we were very disappointed that there was not a Smart TV in the condo, which we believe should be standard in today's market. If the TV's are not upgraded to Smart TV's I believe it should be noted in the description as such. We are not big TV watcher's but when we do it is to watch certain Apps. Also, the ice maker was a pleasant surprise, but extemely loud, to the point it was disruptive to us. Maybe it requires maintenance.

Definitely the most relaxing place in FL!

Overall, we were ecstatic with our stay at The Pearl. The highlights: 1) Paradise Beach Homes staff are amazing (very responsive, friendly and helpful) 2) The view! Listening to the waves at night was heaven 3) The location is perfect 4) 2 pools - one heated - We spent a lot of time there! 5) The condo is spacious and VERY clean 6) Big balcony was great too A few things to note... 1) The decor is dated and a little odd. 2) It's pretty "no frills" - I've never rented a place that didn't keep "the extras" from past guests - like coffee filters! No extra toilet paper rolls ... There was salt and pepper and one set of hotel sized soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash per bathroom. We had to buy extra toilet paper, aluminum foil, napkins and the aforementioned coffee filters. 3) The pillows were not comfortable for me, so if you like fluffy / feathers bring your own.

Gorgeous View!

The condo was VERY clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked---even had measuring spoons and cups. We enjoyed listening to the roar of the ocean many days. The location was great---a quiet area but so close to the Navarre Beach Pier that we walked the pier at least 4 times while there. We went to many restaurants very close by and highly recommend "WHERE Y' AT" and "Dewey Destin's"---the fish was so very fresh and yummy! The heated pool was great and I loved the water aerobics class that was offered. We did unplug and empty the ice maker (with the permission of the property manager) because it was extremely noisy. The ice maker inside the frig made sufficient ice for us. The only negative was that we did run into several minor issues and called the rental agency but received no response.
