Desert Springs Golf Resort - Luxury Detached villa

Los Jazmines is situated on the 17th fairway of the prestigious Desert Springs golf course. Just a 10 minute drive from the coast and nearby Mojacar, Garrucha and Villaricos. The villa is furnished to a high standard both inside and out and has air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and microwave with a large utility room with washing machine and extra fridge. The patio doors from the lounge open up onto a large terrace area perfect for al fresco dining with patio tables and chairs/sun loungers and barbecue area looking onto the newly refurbished private pool. Upstairs is a spacious en-suite bedroom with patio doors leading onto the private solarium with sunbeds which overlooks the golf course and magnificent mountain views. The villa has wi-fi and ample parking.


Golf Information:: The Desert Springs Golf Course is the first Arizona style desert golf course in Europe. The course has been built to the full USGA specifications. Suitable for both the beginner and the experienced golfer the fairways have been kept generously wide but the springs, watercourses, dry river beds, rocks, thousands of cacti and numerous bunkers will test the skills of the low handicapper. The 18-hole Indiana course opened in 2001 and was designed by Peter McEvoy.
Practice facilities are fantastic and special rate discounts are often available throughout the summer months.
There are many other golf courses in the area, i.e. Valle Del Este Golf Course which is a real challenge. Other courses include San Juan, Cortijo Grande, La Envia, Marina Golf and Almerimar, all within a short drive away, you will find information in the villa about these courses along with directions, telephone numbers etc.

Other information: : You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy a holiday at Desert Springs. On the resort you will find tennis courts, a well equipped gym, a volley ball court and a kids indoor play area including giant drafts and chess, a pool table, and fun video games. There are two restaurants on site, both just a short walk away from the villa. One is the luxurious club house where you can enjoy lunch or dinner and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views over the golf course. The other is the Crocodile Club where you can get anything from burgers and fries to fresh fish of the day or steak, there is something for everyone. You can even order takeaway pizzas if you just fancy a night in with a bottle of wine. You could always just relax by their pool (there is a small charge for using their pool), with contra current and mister as well as jacuzzi and children's splash pool and sand pit and have a cocktail while the kids enjoy themselves. You can pick up a few essentials from the Club House.

Airports:: Almeria airport is the closest only being around a 45 minute drive away, Murcia is approximately 1 hour 15 mins down the new toll road and Alicante is approximately 1 hr 45 mins, all being within easy reach of Desert Springs.
