Stay at the beach

Small scale resort at the ocean front. It is a very nice location with sufficient restaurants. Shops are a bit further. The location is great with children.

Having rented many properties in the UK via Sykes Cottages and Classic Cottages I was surprised to find only 1 dishwasher tablet, hardly any washing up liquid and no kitchen roll, all of which I had to go out and buy. Also a map of the exact location of the property in the village and also of the parking spot would have been very useful and also saved time and frustration after a long journey.

A beautiful beachside home.

A perfect location for beach lovers. Just steps away from the beautiful ocean and surf, lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from and a short walk from the old town and port. A wonderful holiday home with very comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi and all utensils needed in the kitchen. A lovely sunny courtyard garden with outdoor stores for wetsuits and surfboards. Useful to have private parking too. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Thank you to Marylene.

First time Vendéé

As said in the title, first time in the Vendéé.Saint-Gilles is a typical french seaside village, which harbours all the joys one could expect from that.Perfect weather, strong tides at sea, lots of fine tiny restaurants in the village.Then, the house, petit as they say but o so complete for a holiday stay. All the necessities are there, the house is beautifully decorated, with additional furniture for the terrace. Located just 50 metres from the boulevard, and in with the village within walking range, it is the perfect spot for a holiday on the French coast.That said, we should mention Marylene, the owner and a perfect host.We will be back!!Regards, René & Dinie

Petite maison très agréable et joliment décorée à 2min de la plage, quel bonheur!Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec nos 2 petits bébés et notre chien, tout était parfait.Marylène est une hôte très gentille et disponible si besoin.Nous recommandons à 100% :)

L'hébergement a des équipements de qualité: le mobilier,la literie,le linge de maison, les matelas et même les menuiseries (terrasse,fenêtres et volets). . Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem wundervollen Haus und werden auch ein 3. Mal hingehen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist herrlich dort Urlaub zumachen.

Maison parfaite à quelques mètres de la grande plage de St Gilles.Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants en bas-âge et tout était très adapté. Un grand merci à notre hôtesse qui s'est rendue très disponible en amont du séjour et à notre arrivée pour préparer les lieux. Nous reviendrons, et conseillerons cette location !

Un petit coin de paradis, idéalement située, la maison est très joliment décorée, très agréable à vivre et il ne manque rien.Les hôtes sont chaleureux et très accueillants.Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !Le seul bémol : aucune envie de repartir !!

Charmante maison de vacances au bord de l’océan

Charmante maison de vacances, idéalement située au bord de l’océan. Très bien équipée, agencée et décorée avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants. Cadeaux d’arrivée qui nous ont fait très plaisir. Le nécessaire pour bébé nous a été mis à disposition gracieusement. Encore un grand merci. Au plaisir de revenir.

Wunderschön

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt nur 100 m vom Meer entfernt. Es bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir werden wiederkommen.
